Brought my 85 year old father in law in for a pedicure. (More of a badly needed nail trim)
The young lady who did the procedure was so sweet and patient. He loved the experience and his doctor was pleased with the results as well due to the fact that nail trimming by the podiatrist is typically not covered by Medicare. Overall wonderful experience.

Easily the best salon in London. I see negative reviews on here and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but do yourself a favour and do your own fact check. Go to this salon once, and you will see just how great the girls there are and how fantastic their work is. Mimi recommends when I should do a full new set or when I can just get a fill, when I listen to her my set is always strong and absolutely gorgeous. Sometimes acrylic gets old, so you have to take them off and do a new set, which I've said no to in the past and the reason my nails would break. If you listen to the girls advice your nails will be great! I've been going here for years, I book my appointments months in advance, and I have booked my wedding party here. I don't trust any other salon. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! <3

Dirty. Unprofessional and rude. It's not acceptable to have dirty walls and tools. It's not acceptable to speak loudly in a different language and exclude customers from whatever jokes being told. And...
Dirty. Unprofessional and rude. It's not acceptable to have dirty walls and tools. It's not acceptable to speak loudly in a different language and exclude customers from whatever jokes being told. And it's even worse when the nails you paid for are of such poor quality you have to go back to get them fixed just for them to get screwed up again. Acrylics shouldn't break in 3 days. And the business shouldn't be as dirty as it is. I'm disappointed in myself for going here to begin with. NEVER AGAIN.

Every business has bad days and busy times that can be overwhelming.. These girls never seem to stop all day...and the quality of work is always top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fair at best. This was their third try after a series of appts where they ran late. Along with a few other issues. Like very rushed pedicures. Today was no exception in dissatisfaction. Again I left extremely upset with my rushed Mani and terribly mishapen nails. I couldn't even be bothered with colour as I am going elsewhere to get them re done. Trust me this is not a 4 or 4.5 star place. Unless you like waiting, then being rushed and not heard.

I have been here twice and both times I left with my nails and skin burning from over/misuse of the electric buffer, and with a shellac manicure I needed to have fixed somewhere else. My nail beds have been bleeding all day. Today I went with my sisters bridal party and we were told that if we wanted to use pictures as inspiration, we should go to the salon that posted the picture. Next time, I'll go to Gelous as suggested.

I went to Star Nails a while back. Michelle, the owner, did my nails and I loved her work. For some reason I tried a couple (or more) other places and got crappy nails done by someone who thought they were all that. No more!! I went back this last weekend and Michelle did another outstanding job on my nails. She's been doing nails for 14 years. It shows. I won't go anywhere else. Star Nails it is!!

Absolutely wonderful, there was a bit of a wait but the atmosphere was relaxed and very nice so it did not bother me. The lady who did my nails was Tina and she was wonderful, very meticulous and understood what I wanted perfectly. The lady at reception was also wonderful and very kind! In fact pretty much everyone there was, even all the clients seemed happy. Everything also seemed very clean and hygienic which was nice. I've gone to several places but this was by far the best and at such a good price too! I would recommend to anyone! :)

I have never had such poor customer service. I waited over 2 hours for a pedicure. This place has gone downhill so fast. I've been going there for almost 10 years and it was ridiculous. I was not compensated for my wasted time or offered any beverages or anything. I will not be going there ever again. I will also not recommend this place to my friends or family.

I've come here quite a few times over the last few times. I love this place. The only reason they're getting only 3 stars, is because the way the employees treat the customers. They act like your a nuisance, and once when I got a pedicure, the younger gentleman kept making me feel extremely uncomfortable. But the ladies (Michelle especially) and the older gentleman are fantastic!!!

I came here the first time almost by accident. Had to find a new place as my old one sucked.Jenny is awesome! She took the time to explain the difference between the different types of nail options. She also takes her time while working on you, which is nice as I don't feel like I'm being rushed through.The only "complaint" I have so far is that I had an appointment, yet still had to wait 45 min for her to finish up another customer. Hopefully this was just a 1-time thing.

I have been here twice and both times I left with my nails and skin burning from over/misuse of the electric buffer, and with a shellac manicure I needed to have fixed somewhere else. My nail beds have been bleeding all day. I went to Star Nails a while back. Michelle, the owner, did my nails and I loved her work. For some reason I tried a couple (or more) other places and got crappy nails done by someone who thought they were all that. No more!! Absolutely wonderful, there was a bit of a wait but the atmosphere was relaxed and very nice so it did not bother me. The lady who did my nails was Tina and she was wonderful, very meticulous and understood what I wanted perfectly. The lady at reception was also wonderful and very kind! In fact pretty much everyone there was, even all the clients seemed happy. Everything also seemed very clean and hygienic which was nice. I've gone to several places but this was by far the best and at such a good price too! I would recommend to anyone! :)

I've come here quite a few times over the last few times. I love this place. The only reason they're getting only 3 stars, is because the way the employees treat the customers. They act like your a nuisance, and once when I got a pedicure, the younger gentleman kept making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
