Went here once and will NOT be going back. While getting a pedicure I said what they were using was burning and she kept going and still charged flustered price. When I got home my feet were bright red and I had several blisters it hurt to walk for a week. Read Less

This place gives the illusion that it will be nice and what not but nope you'll wait forever. The water literally got cold as I sat there waiting for my pedicure. My mom was completely overlooked, all she wanted was a color change but it seems that whoever is spending the most money here gets seen first. The manager is a chump and annoying, the lady who did my pedicure was nice and did a decent job. I just think this place is VERY poorly ran. I definitely will never be coming back. Read Less

I couldn't decide whether to give this place two or three stars. I gave them three because they were very nice! The place looks awesome, the neon colors, huge tvs, and 24 pedicure chairs wowed me. They were very nice and greeted us like they were happy to see us. I got dip powder on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The $40 pedicure was ok, the massage was extremely disappointing. I always look forward to the massages, so you can imagine how sad I was when the one I got was sub par.The guy who did my nails rushed them so much. I don't know why he was in such a hurry but gosh, they look like crap. It's a shame because they have SO MANY dip powder colors. At least 100! I got so excited when I saw them, I couldn't wait to decided on a color. A lot of them are crooked, and some aren't filed right. And he INSISTED on putting a clear gel polish coat on top so it looked shinier, but he was still in such a rush that some of my nails have bubbled up and some are very patchy with the gel polish. I got a gift card for Christmas to Bella Spa and nails. I took my daughter with me to have a girls day. I carefully looked over the menu and selected what I could afford. I told them exactly what I wanted for me and my daughter and reiterated the prices with them to make sure that's what I got. They confirmed by repeating what I wanted. During our pedicures, they asked my daughter what scent she wanted. I said "I didn't know her package came with that. " They said yes it does. I thought.. Cool right..so she picked lavender. After our pedicures they separated us for our fingernails. I thought that was a bit weird to do my nails at the pedicure tub since all the other fingernail spots were open, but I shrugged it off. After our nails, I got to the cash register and the price was over $80 higher than I was quoted! I asked why it was so high and they said.. She asked for the lavender...(which she didn't I was there) I said even so, that is still much more than we had talked about and they said well she (my daughter) got such and such nails.. An upgrade. I asked my daughter about it and she said the lady never told her the price but kept telling her she wanted the other kind of nails because it was better for her. I was so ticked considering they knew she is a minor and I was paying for it and was never consulted. This place is an absolute scam. I will never go back. Read Less

This place has a very nice ambiance and seems to be pretty clean. I went for a pedi and a brow wax. The pedi was pretty normal and they have the standard "menu", all in all what you expect. The only problem I had was that my polish looked less than professionally done.  My experience with the brow waxing was completely average also. My only qualm is that I had to go home and tweeze a few spots to clean it up a bit. My technician was very, very friendly and nice. Came in for a gel manicure and added a brow wax. $49! Really? Why are they so expensive in Texas? I used to pay that much for a mani and pedi in Ca. Gel manicure: they had to fix a broken nail, I get that. And $5 for a design. Cuz it's almost Christmas. It's a decent gel mani but not worth the money like its something amazing and never done before. Brow wax. OMG, wax was way too hot. And she waxed off my arch. My beautiful full brows are now thin lines with no arch. She didn't even ask me how I wanted them done. Service: Don't assume because I don't look Vietnamese doesn't mean I don't speak or know Vietnamese. Because I do. And understood every single snide comment everyone made with their clients in front of them. Rude.I've been getting manis and waxes for years, not my first rodeo but definitely my last here. This nail salon made me bleed. I have a large bunion on left foot. It is not painful, and it is easy to see it us not a callus. I was having a pedicure, which I was looking forward to. The tech took a sponge that is normally used to scrub the sole of the foot, and started scrubbing the bunion vigorously, before I could stop him. I bled profusely.  As if that wasn't bad enough, the next day I began to feel an ingrown toenail on my right toe. I had to dig it out myself, which was hard because I had knee surgery just a few months ago. Other nail salons I have been to took care of ingrown toenails for me, but not this one. I won't be going back there. This town has enough good nail salons that no one needs to patronize a bad one. Read Less
