Awesome service, clean and comfortable. They take their time with your nails and make sure they are to your liking. They provide a huge selection of gel polishes and acrylics.They also have amazing pedicures and provide you with a beverage of choice! Definitely the go to nail salon in Burk!

WORST SERVICE EVER. don't bother making an appoitment! I called and scheduled an appoitment for 3:30. Got there 5minutes early and asked to pick color and be with me shortly. I waited 15minutes and in walks a woman whose appointment was at 4 o'clock! They sat her down in chair and started on her nails even though my appoitment was before hers. The only difference was our skin color.

Helen is very attentive however the guy not so much. I have been charged a different price each visit. Today he didn't even finish my nails, did not re add the silver lines he had sanded off nor would he clean under the nails. Revisited after a nail popped off and Helen was quick to fix the nail and problems noted in earlier review. <3

This place sucks!!! My had her nails and toes done here. The lady made them to long. She asked for them to be shorter the attendant would not make them shorter. Then someone stepped on her toe so my daughter went back yesterday they told she had to wait an hour. So she told she would come by today after school. When she got there They said. ITS A 3 hour Wait. I wished I lived in burkburnett! They are just putting her off because she is student.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been going to BB nails for quite some time and just yesterday I found this place. For the first time EVER I was not cut around my cuticles, the primer did not burn me at all, my coffin shape was perfect, and they take their time! I even got my hands and arms messaged with great smelling lotion! Helen is so sweet and hilarious. My niece played with they sweet puppies the whole time. Very different from BB, worth the drive to burk!!

Helen is awesome!! I was in town for a funeral and broke a nail. I am from Austin where we have THOUSANDS of nail salons to choose from and I have my favorite there but if I could afford to drive every two weeks to Burkburnett to get my nails done...I would! She is friendly and does a fabulous job... Better than my salon in Austin! If you are within 30 miles of this place don't walk, run and get your feet and nails done by Helen. Also, her babies Tulip and Violet are too cute!

A true relaxation experience! I splurged and had the Luxury pedicure. It was absolutely worth it. I also had my nails done. So far I have been twice. I had a full set and then a fill. Both trips were great! The owner is so nice. They take pride in their work and the prices are outstanding.

Today he didn't even finish my nails, did not re add the silver lines he had sanded off nor would he clean under the nails. Then someone stepped on her toe so my daughter went back yesterday they told she had to wait an hour. So she told she would come by today after school. When she got there They said. ITS A 3 hour Wait. I wished I lived in burkburnett! They are just putting her off because she is student.

I am from Austin where we have THOUSANDS of nail salons to choose from and I have my favorite there but if I could afford to drive every two weeks to Burkburnett to get my nails done...I would!
