I hated my acrylic overlay. Made my nails look super chunky lol my pedicure was mediocre at best and I'd give you negative stars if I could but you were nice people. I still don't think I got what I paid for (70) my toe nails weren't even shellac and the girl literally washed my feet and semi trimmed my nails... what happened to removing the calloused dry heel or is that extra?

This is my go to place to get my nails, feet, a wax etc. Done. All the workers are so welcoming & attending to your needs. It’s a clean & nice environment & a nice place to go & get pampered. I absolutely love this place, Terry is the one I always ask for & she’s never let me down.

Staff is nice! Long story short if you're looking for good quality nails this is not the place. It's overpriced and the quality is bad! Unless it's a pedicure don't waste your money. One week later and my nails are already coming off ! Not to mention I got shellac, and the shellac started chipping only a few days later. I wanted to give this place a try, but it's definitely safe to say I will not be going back.

I am so disappointed in this place. I came to try it out because I had heard good things. I basically paid $50 for them to was my feet and polish them. The nail polish in my hands is not smooth. My 4 year old can do a better job. And that's because they charged me $10 extra for a Chanel nail polish. It's been over an hour and polish is still not dry! Very sadOh Honey, it is not about the money or the premium polishes, believe me I own all of those polishes. It is about the quality of work. I DO NOT mind paying when I get provided a good service. This was lacking. But thank you, I appreciate how instead of fixing this you attack the review. Have a great day :)

Although some of the prices are slightly higher on some services, you get what you pay for. The inside is clean and sophisticated. I am in love with the look of the inside, it's somewhere you'd want to relax. They took a little longer than most places but the quality and attention to detail is there so I don't mind. I loved the wide selection of designs, colors, and nail art that they had as well. They had everything from nail charms, swarovski crystals, glow in the dark acrylic, and even 24K gold powder! The customer service was AMAZING, which is the number one reason I will be returning. P.S. Shout out to Terry at SAI for always killing it when I bring in a photo of some crazy nails. She always makes it look better than it did in the photo!

Very clean place. The girls are nice and knowledgeable. Upscale gives you a feel away from other nail bars in Brownsville. My girl loves it prices are perfect given the treatment you are getting.

Although some of the prices are a little higher on some things, you get what you pay for. The inside is clean and sophisticated. I love the look of the inside, it's somewhere I'd want to relax. I hated my acrylic overlay. Made my nails look super chunky lol my pedicure was mediocre at best and I'd give you negative stars if I could but you were nice people. I still don't think I got what I paid for (70) my toe nails weren't even shellac and the girl literally washed my feet and semi trimmed my nails... what happened to removing the calloused dry heel or is that extra?

Staff is nice! Long story short if you're looking for good quality nails this is not the place. It's overpriced and the quality is bad! Unless it's a pedicure don't waste your money. One week later and my nails are already coming off ! Not to mention I got shellac, and the shellac started chipping only a few days later. I wanted to give this place a try, but it's definitely safe to say I will not be going back.

I am so disappointed in this place. I came to try it out because I had heard good things. I basically paid $50 for them to was my feet and polish them. The nail polish in my hands is not smooth. My 4 year old can do a better job. And that's because they charged me $10 extra for a Chanel nail polish. It's been over an hour and polish is still not dry! Very sadOh Honey, it is not about the money or the premium polishes, believe me I own all of those polishes. It is about the quality of work. I DO NOT mind paying when I get provided a good service. I am in love with the look of the inside, it's somewhere you'd want to relax. They took a little longer than most places but the quality and attention to detail is there so I don't mind.
