I’ve been going to this place for a little over a year. They were great in the beginning, but lately my experiences haven’t been as good. I went early today and the woman doing my pedicure was extremely aggressive and rude. Not only that, but she made my toes hurt and sting, which means she cut way too much off. To add on, my mother gets married tomorrow, she went in to get her manicure with me. She was not satisfied with the color as she requested something light pink, they put on white. When she got it changed, they did a terrible job and gave ugly service filled with attitude. They cut her short, only putting on ONE coat of polish and no clear protective layer. When my mom complained and said it wasn’t finished, the employee laughed and said “no, it’s okay!” Will not be going back.

I had been going there for a year and a half. The owners are sooooo RUDE. The techs are nice. The owners act like they are doing us all a favor. Last time I went there I made an appointment with the man owner It was pouring down rain which made me 7 minutes late. I called and told him I was coming but the rain slowed me down . He said the tech I asked for would wait. When I arrived 7 minutes late all techs were busy. When I said something to him he gave me a veryyyyy dirty look and told me in front of all the other customers I was late and pointed to the clock and said to sit down and wait. He was scolding me in front of everyone giving me nasty looks. Unbelievable how RUDE these people are. My elderly mom used to go there but, because of the owners rudeness she won't go there and nether will I.

It’s a quaint place nearby DPS office. When you walk in it’s this beautiful, colorful zen place. The pedicure sinks are lined with plastic to prevent contamination and are changed after every use to ensure a clean and healthy pedi/spa experience. They have these amazing herbal pedicures for $45 which are completely blissful. Definitely worth the splurge on those stressful days. The nail technicians are great at their craft and have an array of shellac, regular polish, powders, and colors to select from. The quality of acrylic nails are superb. A wonderful and clean nail salon. Love coming here!

I've been to several nail salons throughout Brownsville and I can honestly say the best so far. Salon is not only extremely elegantly decorated, but super clean. Everyone is very well knowledgeable in their craft. They also carry these herbal pedicures which are very relaxing after a long day at the office. It truly is an amazing experience.

Solo fui a que me pusieran acrilico en mis propias uñas y me cortaron mis uñas, lo arreglaron poniendo el tip y cobrandome extra, me dejaron las uñas con burbujas, y muy mal hechas.

I chose this place because I got a pamphlet that states that they have "strict sanitation standards" I know that used files and buffers are not sanitized. I am a licensed nail tec but no longer work in a salon so I know this is not acceptable. While I'm in Brownsville I hope I can find a nail salon that uses new files. I do not have any desire to get any nail infections as I am diabetic and getting a infection is not an option for me.

I’ve been going to this place for a little over a year. They were great in the beginning, but lately my experiences haven’t been as good. I went early today and the woman doing my pedicure was extremely aggressive and rude. Not only that, but she made my toes hurt and sting, which means she cut way too much off. I chose this place because I got a pamphlet that states that they have "strict sanitation standards" I know that used files and buffers are not sanitized. I am a licensed nail tec but no longer work in a salon so I know this is not acceptable. While I'm in Brownsville I hope I can find a nail salon that uses new files. I do not have any desire to get any nail infections as I am diabetic and getting a infection is not an option for me.
