Most of the staff was warm and welcoming. The owner of the establishment, however, is not. After getting my nails done I asked if he could fix a few because, since he was rushing, he messed up on them and they looked hideously deformed. Once I asked he got mad and asked me if I didn’t like his work, then proceeded to tell me that since it was almost seven that he was leaving and couldn’t fix my nails. Now keep in mind that there were still a good 5 people in there that were no where near done. I honestly would never go there again, and just because of the rude service of the owner. Everyone else was nice enough but no one wanted to fix my nails since it was the owner who had done them. Very rude staff, SLOW wait times, and the manager/owner is arrogant. We waited an hour and a half to start our manis and we were told it would only be a 30min wait. I'm never going there again and I recommend you do the same. Read Less

The service in this establishment is absolutely repulsive. If i had the choice of getting a manicure here and shoving my hand in a running garbage disposal. I would choose the latter without hesitation. No rating. Because that's how terrible this place is...and the music sucks too. Read Less

I've gone to Red's Nails for a year. Recently I've been very dissappointed. I went yesterday and they let four ladies go in front of me even thought my friend and I were already seated. Today was the last straw. I went inside and again they let four ladies go inside but I still waited. I was getting shellac and the man doing my nails and he didn't let enough time for them to harden so at the end when he wiped the excess off all the color started coming off after I told him it needed more time. He started to take my nail polish off and try to repaint them with the excess nail polish still on! They started coming out bumpy and I told him just to remove them bc He started getting aggressive and scraping my nail. The lady even tried charging me $3 even though I got nothing from it. I really hate going to this place, but they do a good job on my pedicure. Every freaking month I tell myself I'm going to look for another establishment. First of all they forget that you're the customer. They make their face like how dare you. I know they understand English. This is the last straw. They greeted me at the door and we very kind. I really don't like when they speak they're language in front of me or around me because it makes me feel uncomfortable because they might be talking about someone around the room.
