I’ve been coming here for years... ever since Derrick and Tammy left it hasn’t been the same. Got my nails done today and they look horrible. Looks like I did them at home myself. Lilly didn’t even bother to ask if they could fix them. Never again will I set foot on this nail place again! Horrible customer service!

My first visit here was Christmas weekend. I took my sister in law to get her first set. I got my own set. The wait time was a bit rough but it was to be expected with no appointment. For two fresh sets it was 40 on special. The nail tech was an older gentleman and was quick and efficient. My sister got a general round tip with mauve color. I got a general square tip with green. They did not off set the nails and it was flush with the cuticles which is good in my opinion. My second visit this weekend i took my mother in law to get her first pedi and I got a repair on a nail, a fill in and a pedi. My mother in law loved it. My fix and fill in was Good, but the pedi was a little rough. Different techs do them different I guess. It was 58 total 63 since I gave a tip. May try somewhere else my next time since the specials are gone. But if I can't find the same quality for price I will of course be back.

I looooooove this place!!!! Everytime I come to S.Padre I make sure to hit up Diva Nails! They do a fantastic job and very professional as well! This is by far my favorite nail shop!

Never again, very disrespectful of other people's wait time. They have "special" customers who skip the line just because they call ahead. I considered myself a regular but never again. D & D nail salon is way better and its my new go to nail salon.

I took my Cousin to get her nails done for her Birthday. They charged $15 for her (She's 8, might aswell charge her as an adult) And When we left the nails looked great. She got them done with Shellac nail polish, & Then like 2 days later her Polish started lifting and was about to peel off of her nail, so we took her back. They gave us some problems about re-doing it and said they did NOT even remember her. But some one else kindly went ahead and fixed it. Now, she has 2 more nails peeling, and a chip. I'm now questioning if it was really shellac they used, or just really bad service. Not worth $15, Very Disappointed. We want a refund.

I’ve been coming here for years... ever since Derrick and Tammy left it hasn’t been the same. Got my nails done today and they look horrible. Looks like I did them at home myself. Lilly didn’t even bother to ask if they could fix them. Never again will I set foot on this nail place again! Horrible customer service!
