Got a full set of acrylic nails and my cuticles weren't pushed back or anything so the whole thing came out looking kinda ugly. On top of that this is the kind of place that makes you feel like you can't speak up if you want something changed because right after you ask, they say something in another language and laugh with other staff. I speak 3 languages so I'm all for diversity but it doesn't take being fluent to know when someone making fun of you in a foreign language. Save yourself the hurt feelings and go to Sai nail bar. Visited a few months ago ,technician was great did a good job for my first visit .My second visit was unpleasant. The gentleman in charge kept adding how many minutes my daughter and I would have to wait. After sitting there for 20 because I was told it would be a 20-30 min wait , which was fine. Another client walks in 20 minutes late for an appointment with her sister in law (who did not have an appointment) and both ladies were quickly attended. The gentleman then told me I would have to wait and additional 40-45 minutes with a very whatever attitude ! There services are not free. There were empty chairs and technicians that had no clients they could have seen us . I get that they have appointments but really 20 minutes late. We decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere.Never went back ,so unprofessional. Read Less

First time I tried this place...n loved it, took my 8month old baby,and while I was getting my pedicure done, my baby got fuzzy... and a older lady that works there offered to carry her while they finished.. thought that was very nice of her... Great Service n caring ppl. Read Less

Just walked in and was seen quickly. The service is much better than I have received at other salons in the area. The prices were around the same as most salons. I appreciated the eye for detail and care they put into applying a full set and shellac. I would recommend this place to a friend and will be returning for my future nail needs. Read Less

I tried D&D Nails for the first time this week and loved it! The place is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. They do a great job! There wasn't any wait and there is plenty of staff, not to mention the cutest little dog Mango that was so calm and sweet. They even let my Mom and I bring some lunch in with us.Read Less

Ive been coming here since March. I got a full set of nails with shellac and pedi with shellac with Cindy. Those nails lasted all through UME concert, which I worked as bartender. Then after that my nails sucked ever since. My acrylic wouldn't last a week. This last time I didn't want acrylic and I got manicure with shellac and the shellac didn't last a week it turned black and cracked. I couldn't go right away since I live on the island, then when I went back for a shellac refund they put the same fucking color. Told me to go with them right away if it does it again. Guess what three days later it happen again. Every time I go I spend $80 and for them to be fucking assholes and worse customer service they should get bad karma. Read Less

My absolute favorite place!!! Everyone is super friendly. They have worked hard & have given it a whole new look & feel to the place which is very warm & inviting. I took my whole bridal party there & treated all the ladies to pedis. All my bridesmaids were blown away. One of the additions to the salon is a marble bar top which was perfect for setting up drinks & snacks for all the ladies. Aside from the remodeling, they do awesome pedicures & nails. Thanks D&D!! I have been going there for awhile now. I need pedicures done and D & D does men's spa care and they do a great job. I have been highly satisfied with their politeness, service, cleanliness and pricing . I can highly recommend to my friends. The recent remodeling creates a nice clean and relaxing atmosphere.
