Worst manicure I've ever paid for! I will NEVER return. Sloppy job when they are juggling 2-3 customers at a time. Took 2 hours to complete a pedicure and a manicure. Awful. What a waste of $60.EDIT: less than 24 hours later and 2 nails are already chipped. So frustrating. Read Less

Update: Less than 24 hours - a nail chipped, the polish is rubbing off and is chipping... I work at a desk. I have gone here three times and gotten mediocre, at best, service. I decided to give them one more try and have finally decided never again. I went in for a fill. I called in, made an appointment, and was early. The gentleman was rude. I walked in and went to pick a color. I was doing so for about a minute and was told by three people, as though I was wasting their tim...e, that he was ready for me. He cut me and didn’t care, didn’t even apologize. He continually threw my hands at me and grunted directions. I asked him to cut my nails as short as possible, I had to ask him three times to do it. They are all uneven and not even well shaped. I left with paint still on my skin. He sat me at a table to dry and walked off. When the timer went off I came up to pay and had to wait, another employee had to find him to check me out. Then it cost more than it should have. I stopped going here after my first experiences here when they were new to Boerne, they were really overpriced for the service and rude. In hopes that they had improved, I stopped in for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised.They've made a few changes; way more stations and friendlier staff. I love this place! Everyone is so nice. I have Jimmy do my nails. I'm very picky and he does an excellent job, they last and he is fast!! Bill is funny, he adds to the personality of the place with random humor often lacking in nail places. The ladies are all warm and friendly too. I'm sure they all do a great job. Today is their salons  4th anniversary! Don't go anywhere but here! You will feel welcome and like a person not a product on an assembly line! I thought they were great - I had Jimmy. He gave me a perfect French shellac. I was going to a competitor in Boerne that raised their prices, got rid of their good people and the ones that were left would put a thick coat of white on top (instead of 2 thin coats) so within a week I had scratches and dings in my nails. I found out by going to another studio that they had done my nails completely wrong AND charged me extra for a service I did not get. - I got my first set of acrylics and they were not able to shape my nails as requested even after pictures were shown. - They charged me for gel/solar polish but painted my nails with regular nail polish.- They didn't put the acrylic the length of my nail bed.- The acrylic was way too thick.- This happened with both myself and a friend, so two different technicians overcharged us and didn't give us what we asked for. I always get Gel mani and pedi and they are perfect and last forever. Their prices are reasonable and they are quick and efficient. Try to come midday when there isn't high demand. Went with my friend who came in from out of town and decided to try a new spot after my usual place didn't have any appointments for us. I mainly selected the salon based off of the decor inside and it was just as cute in person! We got gel pedicures and the gals did a really great job! This place was great. Called ahead for an appointment for five on a Wednesday morning. We were the only people in the place and everyone working there was so nice and friendly. Helped pick colors, gave an amazing pedicure and manicure, made sure all our nails were dry before they let us leave. They took care of us really well. When it comes to my nails I am VERY picky.. The women here get it perfect every time. not only do i get my nails the shape i want but they stay looking just as they did the first day all the way until i come back 2 weeks later for a fill. Hesitant at first because it's attached to a grocery store (but not part of the store). I went on a Sunday and there were only 2 other customers there so I got in quickly. They also had a lot of employees. I was on a time crunch so I asked if they could do my mani pedi at the same time; at first they were a little confused and the guy (owner I think) came over and was asking why k can't do them separate so I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. But they did it and the girls doing it were nice about it. I got shellac on both hands and feet-tons of colors to choose from. Total I paid 90 (120 after tip). Which was for deluxe pedicure with shellac and regular manicure with shellac.My nails turned out pretty good- some of the sides of my nails didn't get fully painted. My toes turned out great though- no complaints there. I would go to this place again but when I had more time. I think they were trying to rush because they knew I was on a time crunch. Read Less
