May I say that body language and facial expressions are more expressive than an actual language? Paris Nails... where do I start? Bad customer service, rude owner, even ruder "secretary"? Went in for an eyebrow wax, the owner greeted me, asked what I needed. I responded and he smiled. Looked around the room then sat down with his customer. I stood there a minute then sat down. A few minutes later I asked the "secretary" how long the wait would be. She looked around the room said "um" and *never responded. After a good 2 minutes of waiting, I asked again. She stood up fast, raised her voice and asked the owner how long the wait for a wax would be. "She's already asked twice and I don't know what to tell her, she keeps asking". The owner who is usually super nice, responded with "Well she didn't ask me, she just sit down, if she ask me I would answer but she not ask. She just sit. Not ask, but IF she ask I would say about 25 minutes". It was like he was trying to make a point. Mind you, they were both IN FRONT of me. Not in the back, not 10 ft away.. at this point the 5 ladies getting services rendered were looking at me- just as stupified as me. 3rd strike. 1st strike? I came in 30 mins before closing, thinking they closed in an hour. The lady who had to do my nails got laughed at and pointed at by the other nail techs cause she had to stay late. I offered to come another time after the misunderstanding, but she said no. She rushed it. I bled in 3 different places. 2 were crooked. 4 months later-2nd strike. Reluctantly took a young cousin (who loves Paris Nails) for a birthday pedicure. They did well. Weren't busy, took their time. The tech insisted I pay after my pedicure- but before getting my nails painted. I said no its okay I'll just wait. She said "no, go pay". Weird. But okay whatever, I pay. I give them each a $5 tip. Bringing the total to $100. The "secretary" then walks over to the techs and tells them they got a $5 tip. In front of me. It wouldn't be so bad if one tech hadn't of rolled her eyes. It wouldn't have been so bad if the other tech didn't take a deep sigh and proceed to rush painting my nails. I'm not a nit picker, I dnt expect perfect service. But I do expect DECENT service from people who drive new Lexus', talk crap about paying customers in their own language cause they don't have the backbone to say it in english. I expect you to do a good job. Cause IT'S YOUR JOB. As for the owner, after the big remodel and expansion yall were riding high doing great. But I've talked to techs at other salons and there's a reason you have a high turnover now... You suck. (Drops mic) Read Less
