I am not from Houston and have been in search of a go-to nail salon. I have been to many nail salons in Houston and have been very disappointed. Getting my nails done is my relax time away from my kids, husband, job, life etc, pretty much I want my experience to be perfect. I am more than happy with my experience at K Nails. This is the best place I have been to in Houston. I will most definitely be coming back! Not only was my experience great my nails look amazing and they last! I am a mother of 3 young children and a preschool teacher. All I do from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed is clean up after kids and so far my nails still look great. Thank you K Nails! This place is quaint in appearance, but the staff really make up for it in pleasant service. I had a lady named Kim do my feet, and w the mid grade pedi, I got a long foot massage. She did a wonderful job. For my nails, I tried dip powder for the first time, and I'm in love!! I had Q do my nails, and his English is really good but his focus and work is AMAZING. I've only been here one time but I am pretty astonished how long my mani/pedi lasted and they looked great! My mani, which I am terrible with my hands so I never expect it to last more than 2 days, lasted through a weekend of traveling. My pedi lasted 2 weeks and probably would have lasted longer but 2 weeks is my typical pedi turn around period. The staff are nice, the place is clean, and their skill really makes your polish last! I went to this salon got my nails done by Quinn he did an excellent job. I am a very picky person so it's hard to find someone to do my nails he was very gentle with the filing around the cuticles  I love my nails and I will be going back to see him. Read Less

Been here before a long time ago. In the neighborhood and using them again. The place is remodeled and so pretty inside now. I will go here again when I'm out and about in this area if I need a pedicure. Good service and fast. Friendly people. Love it! Read Less

I love this nail salon. I've gone to so many and they never worked out. Until I found this place! The staff is so sweet and offer free water when you get your nails done. Every time I've gone they have done a great job on my hands and feet. I'm kinda picky with designs and so far no matter what I want they try and do it and it always turns out great! They take their time and make sure your nails look good before you leave, unlike other places. On weekends it can get busy so call ahead for an appointment! Def return. Read Less

I will NOT return to this salon!!! Environment was extremely unprofessional and there was nothing ""relaxing or luxury"" about the ambiance in general... quite ""ghetto"" actually - and not what I was expecting from a salon in the Bellaire area :-( I spent the entire time of my mani/pedi trying to drown out the loud belting of singing in their native language. WHile the gentlement was dressed somewhat as an ""Asian Usher- Reject"", he conducted himself as somewhat of a ""pimp"" around teh salon... the employees whom weren't giving services were sitting lazily in the client Pedicure chairs and heavily engaged in their own chatter... environment was quite disruptive and not what I looked forward to after a long shoft in the Medical center......the 2 stars is simply for the actual pedi mani-- it did the job.... I went to KNails yesterday with my daughter who is a regular. I had gone to a different salon one week ago on a Sunday because I was having pictures taken and didn't want my raggedy nails to show up in the photo.I am sure the previous person has more experience than I do, but the difference in KNails and the Tulip on Westheimer was night and day.My person on Westheimer actually talked on her cell phone and visited with the other manicurists while doing a pitiful job on my nails. Living nearby I thought this would be a great place to get my nails done. If you come in for a manicure they push a pedicure, if you get a manicure/pedicure they push the hot wax or facial wax, and I never get the woman I ask for even with an appointment. I have had to remind them for a second coat of polish or top coat. The last time (and it will be the last) they rushed me through and my toenails were trimmed uneven and my nail polish was bubbly...some chipped of the next day in the shower! Read Less
