did a horrible job and not very sanitary left other people clipped nails there and told them what we wanted and tried to do something else that i didn't asked for and i sat their waiting for at least a good 3hrs wait to get my nail done kept going back and forth trying to do other peoples nail while there were doing mine and more people started coming in and you can tell they were getting very upset because the fact that there was only 2 of them working and they looked very irritated with everything and did a sloppy job on my matte nails, they broke within the 3rd day i had them.so i don't recommend for others to go to them. Rosie did my pedi and my manicure. I have my own nails. So perfect she painted my French nails for a wedding. No tape. Just steady artistry. She was amazing! One star is a generous rating. Save your money, you can do an equally crappy job by yourself, at home. There is no customer service and the staff make no attempt at it. I went in today for a pedicure and manicure, but after the atrocious pedicure, I opted not to let them touch my hands.First, there was only one staff member there and a waiting line. A girl showed up, came in and did my toes after a fair and acceptable wait time. No complaint there except that she clearly didn't want to be there doing work, and it showed in every way.For the pedi- the water was too cold, and my feet soaked all of 3 minutes before she started the half-a**'d polish removal. I had to ask her to please remove ALL the dark blue so that it didn't show through the new pink I was putting on. Then, I had to ask her to do a better job on the cuticles and actually trim not just shove back. The "leg massage" with lotion was a joke, and she left giant clumps of white lotion all over my legs. I had to finally reach down and rub it in.The foot scrub was a joke. She literally used the tools to spread he product over my foot and immediately put it back in the water without scrubbing or cleaning the dead skin on the heals and problem areas. There is no base coat under the polish, and so I am immediately removing the pink polish when I get home so I don't ruin my real nails.No tip for you. And I won't ever go back. Read Less

Tried it once it was okay. Second time I went there with hope first experience was just a bad day. Now this third time I remember why I don't like going there. They don't care about service. They don't take very good care of real nails. The foot and hand massage are non existent here. So are base coats. The lady next to me was wincing in pain as they removed her old fake nails, but yet they just kept yanking. If you love bubbled nail finishes this is the place. Every time I've been there it's bubbles. Take time to make the drive to Corpus it's worth it. This place was also dirty with cutoffs all over the floor. Read Less

I went in to get a simple fill and they refused to do one....I do not live in this area, but was here for training and did not have my nails done here originally so I don't know if that was the reason or what....I had a new set done 3 weeks prior and was time to have a fill done. ...I was told they would only do a new set!!!!....so my suggestion is to not waste your time going to this establishment!! I needed a simple fill and polish my nails were cut back uneven and the polish was so old every nail bubbled to the point of looking liking a rough surfaced stone pot and was globbed on so thick after 6 hours was still smudging creasing and coming off in chunks...after paying 17 dollars I had to go to sallys beauty supply and spend 30 buying products to redo the fill....I have never in my life had to redo a professional nail job SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT Read Less
