This place was utterly terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT come here. I was scoping them out as a potential place to go. And went to them to remove the gel from my nails. First they removed the gel but they used a mechanical nail file that spun so fast it burned the beds of my nails. I don't normally have any pain issues while at nail salons but it actually burned. Second, most places uses cotton balls soaked in acetone and wrap your fingers in foil to remove the excess gel. He had me stick my fingers in a bowl of half acetone mixture with boiling hot water beneath. Third, I asked for a cut down. He cut my nails down so low that he broke my nails. And when he filed them down he treated my hands so roughly. My nails were a bit weak yes because I had gel on them but they were NOT brittle enough to break on their own that easily. He had a hard time cutting them down. Now my thumb nail on my left side is broken and cut into as if sliced, so it is not healing and growing correctly. I have NEVER had any nail issues. Do NOT come here, do NOT waste your money, no matter how cheap it is.I don't use acrylics so I can't give you an opinion on that because my nails have always been healthy because of genetics. This place changed for the worst there was still one employee there she is still the nicest tho went to get my pedicure done on Saturday the guy who did my nails not professional at all but great massage tho I had few fresh cuts on my legs (shaving problems some women would understand) he put the green or blue whatever color liquid on those cuts even tho that liquid was for your skin near your nails gave me huge ass rashes (I won't show it because it's really bad and I don't want people to judge and shit and make them sick from looking at it) but as a result I will never recommend it ever the older owner was better than the new one Read Less

I came in for a basic spa pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. The gentleman who did it took his time (the entire pedicure lasted 30+ minutes). There wasn't a wait, so I can see why he took his time, but in any case he did a quality job. He paid attention to detail, gave an incredible massage, and was very professional throughout. Customer service is not appreciated in this place. Cindy or whatever her real name is was a good technician and basically I made a standing every 3 week appt. and she claimed she would mark it on her calendar and NOTIFY me if there were any issues. I gave her my phone no but she went to Vietnam for a visit for 2 weeks and never told me just assumed I would let anyone work on my nails and I won't. She would of known when I made the appt that she would be out of the country. Those plans are not made without planing. Her mom, the owner I was told, just laughed when I was upset. I have a lot of stress right now and school testing and typing and my nails are too long and now I have to find another place or cut them off. Seems small in the issues in life but I hate rude people that run businesses dealing with people and actually knowing a customer only likes the work of one person and just doesn't care if the tech just never calls or reschedules or tries to see if another person can be utilized for one time or not. NAIL FUNGUS!! Never in my life have I had so many issues with a nail salon! Not only did it take them almost 2 HOURS to do a full set (not including waiting time), but the lady kept checking her phone and texting the whole time! She was so unfocused that she glued my mail to my finger, then made another BLEED. I asked her to stop and focus on my nails because it had taken so long already, and she just said "OK" and then checked her phone again!! 3 more times she did this, I spoke to the manager and he said "it's fine". NO IT IS NOT FINE. IT DOES NOT TAKE 2 HOURS TO GET A SET OF ACRYLIC NAILS. After all was said and done, I ended up with a horrible nail fungus that turned my nails GREEN. Disgusting!!! They were uneven, poorly painted, and horrible! DO NOT GO HERE. Read Less

I went for a gel manicure on MLK day. Hadn't visited the saloon for some time. Seems like the ownership has changed. I had the most horrible experience. There was one male and two female technicians. It seemed the man was the only one who could do gel nails. He insisted that there was a very new technique called dip powder. He lied. It is just acrylic powder. Anyhow I made the mistake of agreeing to let him use it. He is not experienced. He bruised the cuticles on all my fingers and charged me $10 extra for the "new" technique. He is certainly not experienced and I do not know if the license on his table is his own, as it has a name "Ha" but no picture. My advice - do not go there and if you do, do not let this man do your nails, he is a disaster. Read Less

This is a horrible nail salon. I asked the nail stylist for pointed nail... he gave me a totally different shape of nail. I asked him for a thicker nail as he made them thin as possible. . I don't like them and they're looking horrible. As I told him that I don't like my nails.. he said that I was the difficult and angry person. . I said I'm not angry. I just wanted to pay and leave.
