Great selection of color..however they did not have the color I selected..twice. The staff was not friendly initially, only after I voiced my displeasure with the service. The nail tech was a bit rough with my nail beds even after I ask her to lighted up. I got a shellack white tips. The white tips are not even and there are gaps. My cuticles are uneven and so are my nails. I have square,square round,and round all on the same hand. There are air bubbles in my polish. I can also see the the previous color I was wearing. The nail tech oiled my hands then refiled my nails only to leave nail filing in my skin,so I had to rewash my hands.The mgmt offered to redo my nails but I declined. I will not argue that their polish selection is impressive, but the customer service is not acceptable. Both times I went the nail technician was rushing and distracted on her phone. When I told her I'd rather her not be on her phone while performing my manicure she became extremely unprofessional and rude. She started talking about me to other employees. When my polish dried it was bumpy and uneven. I suspected it was the polish because of how thick it was and the sloppy manner it was applied. I requested to have the polish switched out and my manicure redone with the technicians full attention, not on her phone the entire time. They told me for a new color I would have to pay twice, even though to fix the old color they'd have to take it off and reapply entirely....which doesn't make a bit of sense to me. So for my nails to be painted correctly and with care, I had to pay almost $50. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The manager also sided with the nail technician and tried to defend her about being on her phone the whole time. I always came here for my services with Jonathan for a year now until today i loved how he took his time on my toes and nails but recently 3 weeks ago i went and got my toes and nails done they was busy i had another girl Diana do my toes and Jonathan did my nails Diana clipped my toe and later on my toe got infected i went up there showed my toe and the band from me going to the doctor and they verified that's what it was and that a lot of people get that from these nail shops i called today spoke with Rachel the manager and she told me something may have bit my toe and it got infected and that it's nothing they can do cause when you get a infection it hurts right away not 2 weeks later i went off and will NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN i will go elsewhere Read Less

I haven't had a pedicure in sooooo long. I finally decided to treat myself. Well I get there and pick a color there is a large selection which is fine. I sit down in the chair. The lady barely says hello and doesn't really explain any of the pedicures to me. Any other place I have gone they have tried to talk to me about the pedicure and normally I wind up getting the more expensive one when this is done because they are able to tell me what the differences. So I sit down ge…tting ready to hopefully distress from a busy day at work and the lady starts the pedicure. A lady 3 seats down from me is getting the same exact pedicure as I was. The woman who is tending to her paid attention to detail, talked to her at least a bit, and gave her what looks to be a very stress relieving massage. The woman who I had, just put some cream on my legs rubbed them for a minute not even saw something that she missed on my toes cut that off and then proceeded to finish very quickly. I paid the amount of money I did and it didn't take her very long to finish my pedicure. I am not a hard woman to please but when I spend money that I don't necessarily have to spend freely and decide to treat myself, I feel that there should be a bit more effort put in to making me feel comfortable and at home. She didn't say thank you and didn't even say good bye. She hurried up did my toes, sat me at a drier, and then left. She was on her phone, talking to other people, and not doing her job properly. I am not one to complain as I'm very easy but this has really put a bed taste in my mouth. Nope. Girlfriend got her nails done there. Told the lady that she didn't want glitter several time, cause the lady kept asking. Yet she still did them with glitter. Then just put what she wanted on top of the glitter, rushing it greatly. She wrecked her nails and got rude about it, as though it was someone else's fault that she did her job poorly. Very nice place, looks very clean and pretty. Was fast and quickly serviced. Loved the massage pedicure chairs. My complaints: the technician kept trying to upsell me on higher priced pedicures and products even after I repeatedly declined. Also felt she could've done a better job on polishing my toes. Probably one of the best spots to get a pedicure. They have all kinds of different ones to choose from on their menu. Ask for ivy or truvy (I believe that's her name) they are 2 of the best. Walked in last night around 6:10. Asked for pedi #6 My feet were bad and the picture showed amazing results and the extra 10 minute massage was something I was looking forward too. We walked in less than an hour before close with 4 people for my sister's birthday, received the best service ever they did not rush because they were about to close. Everyone enjoyed their mani/pedis. They even did a special 3D request for the birthday girl that no one else in. BMT would even attempt. And the whole salon sung Happy Birthday. I went here on 8/8 I got a #2 pedi with hot wax. He never actually touched me with the hot stones I only got like a minute with the hot towels everything was so rushed and the guy kept yanking on my foot if i wasn't already in the position he wanted me in. I also got a set of nails. The woman made every one of my cuticles bleed. My fiancè also got the same kind of pedi he wasn't happy with how much they rushed him either. It's so beautiful and spacious inside this salon. The atmosphere is relaxing and all tools are new. I had a pedicure done and my nail tech was efficient at what she did. My feet looked absolutely stunning after it's done. I highly recommend them and will be back soon! Read Less
