They are very rude, even over look you while you have been waiting... they will ask what you want, then have you sit for hours while others walk in and out behind you... keep saying your next... this was my first time going, and I will never go back to give this place my money. The lady lied on my daughter after she paid for her eyebrows to get done... she told her she was next yet never serviced her. When I asked for a refund she acted as if my daughter never paid her.... I will not support this unprofessional ghetto business. The environment of the nail salon is also dirty and ghetto. The nail polish all look warn, dated and dried out... they make up prices that are not matching their price list . They dont sanitize before and after each client. Inproper hand washing and the valuation list goes on... As a professional Cosmetologist myself for over 10 years in the industry and several different state licesinings in this field... I know what I experienced was wrong... I sat and watched them use unsanitary utinzles on client after client. The barbercide was dirty and needed to be changed. The ventilation was poor. And they double dip in the wax. Cut fingers and never used a proper blood spill kit, nor properly cleaned the file with blood spill. I am glad I decided to walk out after a very long overlooked wait time, and stolen money.... I am glad this horrible experience was on my first time coming here. I will not recommend this place to anyone, who cares about proper salon cleanliness, or where they spend their money. I am a firm believer in quailty customer service... and cleanliness. If it would allow me to write a review and give less then 1 star I would. It was a horrible place from start to finish. As soon as I walked in they had very few colors to choose from (I honestly belive I have more of a selection at my house) but I settled for a color since all the good salons had like a 45 min wait. Once I picked a color tat would work for now I went to set down and the girl that did my nails she looked so so dirty like she didn't take care of herself. She hair was covered in white flakes. Which I know her knowledge of nails is not based on her hygiene but.... when someone at a salon whether it be nail salon, hair salon or what every when they themselves are dirty it makes me question the cleanliness of the over all salon. But I let her do it, I wish I wouldn't have. I needed 2 nails fixed and it's obvious which 2 she fixed they were awful most nails when they are a little longer have a curve shape to them the length and the part that is actually on your nail. This nail looks like she glued a chicklet gum piece to my finger it's horrible it's a very awkward shape it's thick and very lumpy where she didn't file it down smooth I asked her to fix it but somehow she only made it worse. If I can figure out how.... to post a picture on here of the one she did and tge one that was already done I will it's upsetting that I spent that much money and time there to have to leave and go directly to another salon ro have them fix what she did. I would NOT get my nails done here again even if it was all free. One of the worse salons I have every been to and the salon itself kinda had an odor to it especially in the bathroom/back area. I wish that I didn't have to give a star. The service was horrible. The employees / technicians aren't professional. From the time that I walked in until the time that I left which was about 30 minutes total, they spoke in their language. I was not asked about my preference. The pedicure was a total waste of money, my daughter probably could have done 10 times better with the polish job. MY nails are crooked, they weren't shaped properly. I am not from the Beaumont area, so I didn't know where to go. I contacted over 6 nail salons regarding services / rates etc. Sadly, I chose the wrong location to get the services done. I will NOT be returning . Customer service and Quality is essential in business, quite imperative. Maybe someone needs to inform the employees and the manager also owner of THIS location. Read Less

Don't go. Just don't. I have went there múltiple times needing the same thing over and over again. A refill, polish change and eyebrows. They always mess up my eyebrows, then if you say anything they say it looks "okay" when you're looking at the problem. My eyebrows are jacked up. It has been a long time since I have had nails,so I didn't really know what to look for. I had my nails done today and I should have never paid the girl. There are two nails that she didn't even cover the whole white tip with the powder. On just about every nail she filed the bottom right corner down way too much, and they are just uneven all over. I didn't even want to ask her to fix them. I would rather go somewhere else than let her mess them up again. Take my advice and do not go there. Read Less
