This was my first experience with Paris Nails and I have to say, I wasn't impressed. I've been getting the powder dip for a few months now and when I got this done at Paris it was incredibly thick and normally when my nails grow out they usually don't get my hair caught in them, but that's what's happened now. Very seldom do I just walk out of a place, but I did today. I handed them $10 for letting me soak my nails, me use the paper towel to try to get the gel off my nails, and me listen to the girl talk on her phone the whole time. Very limited selection of dip nail powder. The place is very disorganized and not very clean. Down working here, so just went with the decent google review and which salon was closest to hotel. Bad choice! Stay away! All I wanted was a place to relax have receive some pampering. Read Less

Wasn't happy with the service. Seemed like they were in a rush and ignored that I thought my nails were too thick and should be thinned. Stated that is how they look with added tips but I didn't argue because they had one confrontation that day while I was there, so I didn't want to bother wasting so much energy. Pedicure was done nicely but could have just been a bad day. Either way I went somewhere else and had them correct the issue with the thick nails. Sadly I am a person who goes to get fills and take my friends weekly but unfortunately they've lost me as a customer. Read Less

I ended up in Beaumont to meet my husband and had 2 hr wait until he arrived so decided to check out a nail salon n get my girl stuff done while I wait. I expected to have a long wait on a Saturday, especially in a shop located in a shopping plaza. To my surprise i walked in and was waited on immediately, and not because business was slow either. Chairs were filled and all workers were on deck. My deluxe pedicure was awesome, and done to perfection.my nails came out lovely. These people know how to get customers in and out without sacrificing quality. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely go back. Read Less

I was refered to Paris Nails by a young woman who's finger nails I admired.  The woman who did my nails when I began going there about a year and a half ago did a wonderful job.  I didn't have any lifting or discoloration.  I called for an appointment and was told she was no longer there.  Someone else did my nails and I was not happy at all.  I call and let Julie (the owner) know I wasn't happy with the last person.  She did everything in her power to get my business back.  She is wonderful and now she is the only one I let do my nails.  The salon is always clean,  the staff is quite nice, and I love going there.  If you want a clean, sanitary, friendly, and quick salon, go see Julie at Paris Nails.
