I am very disappointed. This is my third time going there and my nail have popped off again after I’ve been there twice to get them fixed . My nails are rough and they feel and look like press on nails. This is a very sloppy job and they will never get my money again. Read Less

Got my nails done here 3 times recently. The first 2 times they were great!!!! Today I had them done by the older gentleman and I am very disappointed. I do not believe he know the process for SNS and my nails are rough in texture( not smooth and shiney ) and it took them forever to dry. I told him before I left and he put another layer of something over them to dry them faster. I had to go to work so did not have time to stay another hour and a half to have them redone. I plan on calling again later today to speak to the manager to hopefully have them redone. Read Less

Just moved to Beaumont from Houston so I decided to try and find a new nail salon. I go in and it's not pack. The lady that started my nails sent me off to some dude because I was inconveniencing her with my child who's eight months old. So this dude does my nails, he cut my middle finger. I have stains all over my hands, different colored specks in my nails and I asked for stiletto. ALL of my nails but TWO are slanted to one side. And none of them are even. WORST experience ever! Not to mention it was a refill and it was 40$ ... That's how much it cost in host for nails from scratch. NEVER GOING BACK! Read Less

Since the nail salon that I usually go to was full, I decided to stop here for a fill for my acrylic nails. The shop wasn't packed and now I see why. Basically the nail tech refilled my nails and she asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I'm really iffy about random people doing my eyebrows but since I needed them done, I allowed her to do them. She left my eyebrows looking very butchered and not shaped at all. My eyebrows were crooked and they looked very harsh. Not to mention that my fill was $23, which is a ridiculous, overcharged price for this type of work. On top of all that, my nails literally started lifting up the NEXT day, which means the fill was not done correctly at all. THIS PLACE IS NOW CALLED ELITE PRO NAILS BY MACYS. So they changed the name and moved like two doors down. Most of the time I go to the lady who's owns the shop and sits at the first chair and she is AMAZING. She listens to you and does exactly what you ask. The last time I went which was yesterday I had a different experience. The reason why I gave it three stars was because the man who did my full set was very rude and seemed to not want to be there. I told him that I wanted my nails rounded and he abruptly cut me off saying " I know... Square round" and he put his headphones in his ears, so ... I assumed that he knew.  After starting my nails I realized that he didn't REALLY know what I meant and was leaving my nails very wide and was just going to round the edges. I then asked if he could make them more narrow and he said it would take a long time, I needed to tell him from the beginning and if so I need to pay him five dollars extra. All in all... My nails came out great but the attitude was real. ON THE OTHER HAND, I had an AMAZING woman do my pedicure. Her name is VIVIAN!!! And she was so awesome. Anything I asked her to do she replied with "why not!?" As in saying sure! Ill do that! She also did my eyebrows and listened to exactly how I wanted ! Thick and beautiful. She was awesome.
