Been here twice before and service was just okay. This time has been a nightmare. Almost 2hr wait when original stated on hr. Mother's Day weekend so decided to wait. Water for feet was cold. Service was disorganized. Tech rushed. Tried to use DIRTY USED equipment from previous pedicure! I asked for fresh autoclaved tools and could not communicate due to language barrier. I was recommended this place as the best in Beaumont! If you believe that I feel sorry that you have never actually experienced a "best" experience. I have paid more than 50$ for nails but I had designs etc. I paid 50$ today for basic work and she messed up had to redo 3 of my nails and still messed up took 2.5 hrs and I still have to come back to get one nail redone. I've been coming to Dream nails for about 6 months now. Always get my acrylics and SNS done with Tony. He does an amazing job! Oval, Round, coffin, square... every time on point! He can cut the acrylic perfectly for multiple color nails & his hombre shades are excellent! Best of all he takes his time to make sure I am satisfied, which let's be honest... is not the norm @ some nail spas. I've only done 2 pedicures...both times with Tammy. She cleans up my feet perfectly & my color lasts 3 weeks! Again, she takes her time - this is super important for me!I've never seen the staff be pushy. I've been going to dream nails since they were at the first location in Target shopping center.ind you I drive across town to spend my hard earned money with this establishment. A week ago I went in a got a new set of eyelash strips. Ty suggested a new set of strips than what she normally use plus charging and extra dollar. Ok cool. Now it's a week later and the strip were literally hang to the end of my real lashes. Because I gave my opinion that I didn't like those lashes a...nd have never had this problem since going there. Ty apparently took offence to that and start tell me it was my fault not her fault and that I slept on my face and continue to say I need to learn how to take care of them cause it's my fault. She turned her back to me leaving me laying on the table with the light she uses still shinning in my face....no one's perfect and if u can't take a patron express how they felt about a service you should not own a business. Been going there for the past 15 years and they have been amazing but it just seem like soon as they opened the new location, the one in the target shopping center have been messing up a lot. I paid $45 for a pedi and could barely walk for a week from them scrapping too much of my skin off my foot and this isn't the first time. Very clean and friendly. I go to Dream Nails 2 by the mall. Ty always gives better than perfect service for eyebrows and lashes. Lash strips always last about 3 weeks. Great on SNS as well which lasted longer than usual before needing a fill. Read Less

I have been going to Dream Nails for months now, and they never disappoint. Tony always does my eyebrows perfectly. I always get SNS on my nails and they do them exactly the way I want it. They offer a huge array of colors to choose from, no matter what you're getting done. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Dream Nails opens at 9. I walked in at 9:02 (the first customer) and had to wait "10 minutes" for an eyebrow wax. Of course it wasn't 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 30 real quick. I asked if I was waiting for the wax to warm up.....? NOPE! I was waiting for Tony to come in and do the waxes. This is very unprofessional. If you know you are not going to be at your business to wax eyebrows when you open your store.... THEN YOU SHOULD PROBABLY CHANGE THE TIME YOU OPEN YOUR STORE. I'm still waiting for a service that the door sign says I can receive from 9:00am-8:00pm! Lies, lies, lies! I just would've appreciated not being lied to. I don't really need a free service.... but that was not customer service at all! Dream Nails, please train some of your workers to do what you do when you are not available. The service is horrible, most of the staff is extremely rude and be prepared to spend nearly half of your day waiting!! Walked into salon day before valentines, for a first time brand new set of nails. Had the dip french style done. Nails are thick one side-thin on the other side (oddly shaped), lifting at cuticle area of the nail. A couple of the steps, for this kind of nail, was not done (from watching videos for this kind of nails). Extremely disappointed and will have to have the nails repaired (Just 3 days after getting them on). Never to return to this salon again. Will keep looking for another place with a bit more care of the client and the nails being done. Paid 40.00 for these nails, way too much. Read Less

I use to go all the time to this salon. But they don't do good shellac nails they don't coat enough or fully cover the nail. The owner I believe or manager did my nails because they were messed up by another employee. She didn't charge me , but even she did a bad job. The place is neat and relaxing they do great eyebrows etc. But shellac they can't get right. Read Less

Not trying to sound dramatic here but this was the WORST manicure I have ever gotten.  The lady did an awful job filing my nails leaving them uneven and jagged.  I have been trying to grow my nails out for the past 2 months and now I'm back to square one.  They had to be filed down to nothing in order to fix all the jagged edges.  I asked for a french manicure with black tips instead of white.  The tips looked so bad.  They weren't even and the lady couldn't be bothered to pain the whole edge without chips.  Then she painted the top coat on resulting in smeared black down into the nail.  I basically spent $20 for jagged nails smeared with black paint.  Don't waste your money here.  You'll have to immediately go somewhere else like I did to try and salvage what's left of your nails.  So much for trying to get my nails looking perfect for my wedding in 6 weeks... I like to try different places so I figured to give this place a shot. Didn't care for it too much. He hurt my feet pretty bad while scrubbing them and cutting my toenails. All I asked for was polka dots and that came out like crap he didn't even use nail polish. The paint didn't even last long. Overall it's a crap place and wouldn't recommend it. Don't let the name fool you... It's more like nightmare nails. They refused to turn down the ac which was set to 78 when it's 100 degrees outside. Then they cut my friends toe and it bled for 20 minutes. Afterwards they applied this green alcohol stuff that burned her even more. The lady laughed while saying sorry a few times They advertise many shellac colors but the first 5 I asked for were not even available.
