I have tried so many other salons in this area and i am never satisfied. The pedicure was fabulous with a massage and hot rocks and other heat treatments along with a salt scrub. Very sanitary conditions with individual hot wax and plastic lined water reservoirs. The staff very nice and they are willing to explain what you want to know. Had a pedicure, was ok experience. Just like all other nail places they try to get you out as quick as possible when you do the least expensive pedicure. I have diabetes and the only reason I go to get a pedicure is because my feet need to be taken care of and I am unable to do it. They don't appreciate that. Read Less

Worst pedicure ever. He rushed my toes like he had something better to do. I told him don’t cut my toes down just file and they were still cut down. My pedicure was supposed to last for 25 mins he took 15 mins and when I said something he said “I move fast”. HORRIBLE!!!!! Wow where do I start went in for a simple full set . She asked me to select the powder color I wanted. After looking at a million different colors, and the lady staring at me to hurry up I select my color for her to tell me we don't have that color we ran out. Okay fine! I select another color a light "LIGHT" nude. When I sat down to begin she only glued the tips cut ,and started applying. Okay first anyone who gets their nails done on a regular knows they will treat your nails first trim your nail, file down ,buff ect... Any who she added the color that was the absolute opposite of what I picked it was this ugly hot pink! I had her take it off. Not only that I had a piece of nail (my actual nail) that was pulling back from my previous set that my thumb had got jammed at work ,and I'm not sure what in the hell she was thinking grabbed tweezers and pulled it . I pulled my finger so quick ,and wanted to leave . She just kept saying "oh I didn't know" . To cut it short I got stuck with these hideous nails that are just so plain everytime I asked something the price kept going up. To have one finger a different color 5$ extra per nail so didn't get that. I asked how much for "1" rhinestone on each nail she said 7$ per nail !! Okay yeaa no way I'm ever going back to this place . I paid 55$ for a basic one color set of nails. Next time definitely will be going back to my regular nail salon. Read Less

I just had my first bad experience at Nails of America. I usually go to the Nails of America by my house, the deer park location. I always rave about how great they are. Their attention to detail and making sure you like the end result has always impressed me. I have never had a single complaint at that location. But today I went to the one in Baytown. I was in and out within 20 minutes for a full set of acrylics. The woman went so fast she didn’t even check what she was doing, she never asked me how I wanted anything, I had to stop her several times to tell her what I wanted. She cut me twice and when I winced she didn’t apologize she laughed and told me not to move. She didn’t even put gloss at the end. I had to go back in TWICE for them to fix a nail. One was completely crooked and the other was WAY longer than the rest of my Nails. After that I just gave up. They were not focused on me one bit. I usually tip very well but she didn’t get a tip at all. Worst $40 spent at a nail salon. Read Less

DON'T go here if you do I will pray for you and do not pay cash!!!!!The manicure I received was rushed and looked like a child did it. The lady kept yanking my hand. I told them I was unhappy but would pay my $ and never come back, what do I owe 16$ what!!!.for childs work. She said I will fix nails, I said no please just take my 16$ and I will leave and NEVER RETURN. Well I had already handed her my credit card so she scanned it TWICE, she charged me 16$ TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD AFTER HER SAYING THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME AT ALL! I told her I saw her swipe my card to give me a no charge ticket receipt. She told me I was wrong and to leave, my card was bad. I turned them over to BBB and called my visa company. This nail salon is hands down my fav in town! First time going today it was gorgeous inside and Ryan did an amazing job on my chrome nails.
