DO NOT DO IT!!! Don't bother going in. I went in thinking it's here, I'm here. How convenient. I asked for a price $30 mani/pedi. Ok. He turns the water on for the foot bath and asks if I want warm or hot. I say hot. I touch the water it's lukewarm. Ok... He starts on my hands it was not good, I felt like he was hurting my cuticles (when I got home I noticed they had a bled a little). As he was working I was thinking I can't possibly get my feet done here. Then I really started looking at things. I noticed that the cart they were taking the tools off of to use on my hands was the same cart they were pulling instruments from to use on the woman's feet next to me... I saw no blue solution/sanitizing liquid or anything they were just pulling instruments from the same small stack working on both of us. EWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! Then I looked more closely at the cart and it looked like old leavings of cuticles and nails were on it... Like, do you ever clean this place. At this point I knew no way in hell were my toenails being done here. I told them I didn't have time for the pedi. The woman puts a towel in my lap. No one empties the water and keep in mind he just painted my fingernails...So I'm trying to move the arm on the chair to get up. He takes the towel the woman gave to me and puts it in the back, still leaves me in the chair trying to maneuver my way out of it I lift the arm. He takes my phone and moves it (but you can't move the arm of the chair) he never gives me back the towel and I ask what I can't dry off? then the woman pulls out this nasty blue towel she just used on the woman next to me.... I say that looks disgusting. She gets another towel (doesn't look good but it doesn't look as bad as the other one) and she does try to help my dry my feet.. They guy has no clue what is going on. I look for a cash register to pay. At this point I know the $10 on the mani was a waste because he did a bad job and I know i'm going to take the polish off when I get home. Plus my nails are still wet and I'm trying to get out of dodge. Well, I don't see a cash register and I ask where can I pay. I pick up my phone (that he had taken) and he says $10 I say I know I have a card. They tell me I have to get cash from the store across the way or the ATM...ok...then the guy asks me "can you leave something?" It took all I had in me not to say some very choice words to him... Instead I told him, no I cannot I'll be right back. I left went to the ATM came back with a $20 bill and literally walked in and said "I need change." No one moves. He says from the back of the salon $10.... The woman ( I think the owner) actually gets up and comes over to me takes the $20 and brings back change from the back...I thank her and I leave. Long story short...DO NOT GO THERE!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER DOING YOUR OWN! SAVE YOUR MONEY. I came home and doused my fingers in rubbing alcohol. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Read Less
