I only came here bc my cousin recommended it to me and my first experience was great! They greet and welcome you as you come in so nicely. The space is really big and it has a calm atmosphere, I really appreciate that. My nail tech was super friendly and did a fantastic job on my pedi. I abosolutely love this place, I enjoy that you can call and reserve your tech. (Make an appointment as soon as 30 minutes or a few days ahead) You can ask if they’re in, whether he/she is available you don’t have to sit and wait. It’s perfect for when you have a busy/tight schedule. We were there for 2 hrs to only leave with what we didn't want. My daughters nails are bumpy and different shapes. We told the tech she said that's how they are suppose to be because they are powder dip. She offered to take them off and redo for a fee. Smh. I was to get chrome and my nails are just plain white because he didn't know how to do chrome. So he called over someone else and now they are glitter white. Our pedicures were relaxing but the cutting and painting of the nails are horrible. We can do a better job at home. After paying $150 they gave us $20 back. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. We went probably 7-10 times and the service slowly declined. The manager is extremely rude every time you go in and wouldn't allow any mistakes to be fixed. As a gift, I received a $60 gift card so I took my mom for a pedicure and I got a manicure. Mom was done first and came to sit with me, she was trembling and tears were running down her cheeks. I asked what was wrong. The woman who did her pedicure cut her toe, mom yelped and showed the woman what she had done. The woman laughed at her, told other workers and they all laughed too. Mom's toe was still bleeding when she was sitting with me. While she telling me what happened the girl doing my manicure laughed!! I asked for the manager, unfortunately I had already paid with my gift card. The manager didn't care at all and told me that it was my mom's fault. I have always had my nails done here but after the last few days including today I will go elsewhere. I walk in only 1 other person getting her nails done the owner and another girl playing a card game and another watching them. Finally got someone to acknowledge I was there. The girl starts grinding my nails and then gets up. I wait for at least 10 mins and turn to the owner who is still playing cards and ask where the girl went. She went to the back to do a wax job. I recently had the most horrible experience I have ever had to deal with. The owner is unprofessional and a big B----. Since I'm writing online I won't spell the word. I was getting my hair done next door and thought it be ok to let my 16 year old daughter go and get her nails done. The guy that did her nails messed up her nails and left them uneven. So after I seen my daughters nails I told her we paying customers and to go get them to fix it. And she went talked to the owner and she got a attitude with my daughter and started yelling at her. My daughter got her nails fixed and came to in tears to where how upset she was. As a mother I went over there and wanted her to go apologize to my daughter but she has already left. So as I was talking to manager and telling him everything she did he basically took the owner side and told me if I wasn't happy with their services there was plenty of nail salons to go too.
