Me and my daughter went in for a mani pedi. I got basic express, simple color. Total should have been $23 for pedi and $15 for mani. My daughter should have got the student rate. Simple pedi and a full set of acrylic. Website shows $28 and $23. Total was $101!!!! And she ended up with nail glue on her finger and face! Cut both of us and the lady grabbed my daughter (16 yo.) foot to put it in her sandals and ruined her nail then blamed it on my daughter moving. When I questioned the price I was told it was because they shaped her nail and used white powder to fill although that’s not what we asked for. Never again! Read Less

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. They always do a great job. My only complaint is the wait time sometimes but it's usually because I'm there in the busy hours of Friday after work. They offer wine even! Read Less

I wanted to try a new nail salon because I'm very open to anybody doing my nails but this place was super filthy. I came in and was happy with prices but the pedicure chairs were absolutely filthy! They sat me and my cousin down in the pedi chairs and the lady started the water with water already inside it with all these dirty particles in it! I didn't even put my feet in the water. They had us wait 30min for someone which I usually don't mind but they did not tell us a wait time nor did they check the water temp or have the jet on. After over 30min we decided to leave and all of a sudden there was people ready to do our nails but we insisted on leaving still. They were laughing at us and telling us we needed to pay the water and the lights which was crazy!!!!! Never going there again. Do not recommend. Horrible workers, talking in their language so annoying... As I'm getting my shellac done she's like oh it's now $30 for shellac and I'm like damn $30 for gel nails? Anyway I decided to stay because the first time they did my manicure it was perfect.. but this dumb lady who did my nails DID A HORRIBLE JOB, her attitude was so ugly.. got them done on Tuesday afternoon Wednesday night already peeling! Tech told me one price then as he began doing the work the prices started to change. As I began to ask him to break it down for me on why the price was changing his supervisor came over and started to raise his voice. Another first time spot, I went in for a quick refill and I sat down as soon as I arrived. I didn't get a pedicure but they have plenty of chairs and they looked comfy. There are TVs to watch while getting your nails done as well. The prices are just like any other nail salon so just depends what you want. Read Less

This is literally the worst place I have ever been to. The lady pinched me twice, scratched my ankle did not apologize. I had gotten the number 2 which included hot Stones I asked her to do the hot stones and she told me over and over she already had and she did not. They talked loudly over us the entire time in a different language. She laughed loudly to the point where I could not here my friend right next to me speak. Do not go here! I showed the tech the picture of how I wanted my nail designed and he told me no problem halfway through he got up and walked outside leaving another tech to finish my nails without telling her how I wanted them designed. Needless to say I didn't get what I wanted. I have been coming here for a long time but the last few times I've came it seems like they rush through and get frustrated when the customers want something outside of a solid color. Even though they offered me credit I'll never return back. First off I had an Ingrown toenail so they say. I've never had a ingrown toenail in my life. The lady literaly yanked the nail and pulled the nail out. From my understanding they're not even suposed to do this at nail shop. Anyways she put a healing liquid on it,and finished the pedicure. It hurted the following days after. I got my pedicure on friday and by monday it was swollen with puss and I could barely walk. I went back to the place just so I can inform the manager about the service done,and he insisted that I soak my feet while he looks for the lady who did it. He took pictures and apologized. My foot was pulsing though so I wasnt in the best mood. He then gave my gift card for what I paid,which didnt satisfy me. First off, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I kept giving this place chance after chance but I'm met with disappointment each time. Whenever I go to get a pedicure, I keep having to warm up my water. No one wants a pedicure with cold water. Then don't get me started on the horrible manicure I received. My nails were poorly shaped, and then they broke the next day. That definitely isn't something that happens to me. Just beware! Read Less
