Everything is great!! The only complaints I have is getting my whole nail from side to side in overlay (since I have a wide nail bed), the thickness & choosing the correct nail tip to cover your whole nail bed from side to side not partially. They've been messed up once bad but the owner fixed it the next time I went in. They'll have you come back to fix it to your needs every a broken nail for FREE!!! I went here for the first time yesterday and I will not go anywhere else! I walked in and they were busy! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I signed in and sat down to wait my turn. After about 5 minutes a lady comes to get me for my pedicure. I sit down and she asks if I would like something to drink. She took her time and was a really nice lady. I then went to the drier for my toes to dry. After a few minutes another lady came and got me to do my nails. I sat down my nails were really grown out and I didn't like them. (they were uneven, to long, some were thick some were thin) She fixed them with out me having to say anything all I had to ask her was to cut them a lot shorter then what they were. The first time I went I got a pedicure and my toe was nicked pretty good. I left a review and to my surprise the owner reached out to me, not once but multiple times to make things right! That made me very happy. I didn't take him up on his offers because my schedule is very tight and limited. But I went back 3 days ago and got my nails done. I was very very pleased. They were very nice and greet you when you enter, the owners wife was very sweet and she helped me pick out what color, last time I got my nails done was in 2012. So I had no clue which was gel, what's what. Things like that. I got gel nails, it's a very pretty color and it's still perfect. I'm very rough with my nails so I'm surprised. My nail tech was super friendly, I would've done the pedicure to match but I had to go run errands. I loves how she filed and cut my nails down after showing me they were breaking at the tip, I was very pleased she brought that to my attention and convinced me to go shorter then when I go back she can shape my nails once they're longer and stronger 😊 thank you 24/7 nails! The place looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but has absolutely the best customer service I've ever received in a nail salon. They are fairly busy- I had to wait a little over half an hour but it was worth it. Great set of nails as well. Read Less

I absolutely love this place. Very affordable, fresh clean environment with very friendly staff. When I walk in I'm greeted then asked what services will be done, I tell them and I'm then seated. This is probably the best full set I've ever had! I went in when it wasn't too busy and was immediately seen for my pedicure ($20). They're not pushy about upselling you at all, which I really appreciate. My pedicure was done well, and the technician took her time. The male owner (works side by side his wife) did my color powder full set with a coffin shape ($35). He listened to what I wanted and totally delivered! Walking inside this place it has a terrible smell. The waiting chairs are like metal foldable chairs. So the environment itself isn't too welcoming. If I could put less than 1, I would. The guy that did my nails was awful. My nails are uneven, and if I said something he would get super rude and throw a fit. Besides being the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to, the staff could not be nicer. My favorite thing is I never feel like they are rushing to get to the next customer, but I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. Usually there is no wait time. I thought this was going to be and great nail shop to come to after reading the reviews, boy was I wrong. First I was told that I cannot get my hands polished with gel if I I didn't get a manicure. Since I've had so many bad accidents with my cuticles getting cut and bleeding. I do not get manicures with my cuticles being cut!  Next they were very rude after I decided to get regular nail polish! The man that was doing my pedicure decided to skip scrubbing my feet and I asked him if he's going to scrub them. He the threw all the trash in the pedicure tub and got up and left. He didn't say not one word to me as far as why he left! I have never in my entire life been treating disrespectful! I guess they figure that I'm young and excellent customer service and doing the job the right way should be overlooked. Then the lady gave me the worst excuse anyone could ever give. She said he did not know how to scrub well so someone else was going to take over! Why is this man employed and licensed to work at a nail salon. I will be contacting someone about this matter! If he does not know the proper procedures in doing a pedicure then he should be investigated. I offered to pay half of the services in which I have on recorder and the manage or whomever is over the shop refused several times! I tried them several months ago and didn't have a very good experience. However the owner contacted me personally and asked me to give them another chance. And I'm SO glad I did. They greet their regulars by name, are so friendly, clean, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes even when they're super busy. I'll admit I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, but I haven't had any complaints the last few times I've been in. This place is terrific!  I am among their original customer wave and  have returned every month since their opening.  They are large enough to accommodate 20 customers. At time, but it's not "Sardine-like" as it is at many of the other Baytown nail shops.  Owners, Lee and Chau Nguyen are amazingly modern in their ideas for the shop: Firstly, they recognize a returning customer and do things to make it a relaxing experience.  In my case, coming from work. I usually have on  business attire, so I need extra air conditioning.  They always turn a fan on me to make me comfortable.  Secondly, the Spa is roomy and clean. Being clean is a big consideration to me.  You won't see discarded nail junk, dust or dirty, hairy floor mats here. Thirdly, they employ experienced techs who don't show a negative attitude if you want something done "your way."  Lee is a good businessman who understands how to build customer loyalty.  Lastly, Lee keeps the chatter between the techs strictly business.  I don't feel like I'm intruding on a private party at 24/7 Nails and Spa. I found this location when looking for a nail salon open past 7 because of my schedule. They are the only one in Baytown, and you are greated with a smile when you walk in, and friendly conversation. That's comforting because most places yell at you. It's very clean, verrrry cleannnn, and spacious! Great color collection of regular, and shellac, as well as powders. Manicures come with a nice hand and arm massage, and my nails looked great. I workout regularly so my hands are always ugly, but the staff here really takes great care of me. My they have several options for pedicures, and the leg massage is great! Their chairs also have the back massager that you can control. The music is a nice comfortable, relaxing spa music. 1st time here with my sister-in-law. Got a simple manicure, and eyebrow waxing. The place is clean which is super important. The music is a little too loud for it being elevator music but it's not so awful it will turn you away. My nails we okay, the massage that came with the Mani wasn't really a massage but my nails looked nice and clean. My wax however, ouch!! The lady that did it really needed a softer touch. She'd push down on the waxing strip and it would push on my eyeball to where it made my eyes water. I felt like she was still learning how to perfect her waxing skills since she has to go over the same spot about 2 to 3 times. My eyebrow did come out wonderful, I just hope they work on their touch. Last thing would be that they seem understaffed. It took a tad longer than I expected for a simple mani. I do recommend giving them a visit since my outcome (for my nails and brows) were nice, chances are I came on an "off" day. But the experience can use a little improving. Read Less
