Had my first experience yesterday, was amazing:) called and scheduled an appt for 3 pedicures, we were all three seated and received pedicures on time and at same time .. the Hot Stones were awesome . I LOVE this nail salon! They are so nice and they really listen to what you want! It has taken me a long time to find somewhere that did my nails and brows how I like and I am pleased! Yes please! They have a menu...and boy did I need it...at first glance I thought those are some expensive pedicures but I went with the mandarin+mango spa pedicure...so let me tell you about the beautiful glass bowls your feet will be soaking in...they are gorgeous...the massage chair alone was worth the $43 dollars I paid...this pedicure went on for an hour it had different scrubs and lotions and massages and the peach wax with hot towel wrap was amazing...this is not the type of pedicure you get every time but if you find your self over worked and stressed out and need a break...this was so great I didn't feel rushed at all which I liked. Absolutely the worst experience ever! The lack of customer service and blatant disregard by the "receptionist" was appalling. Beyond rude, she lied to us when we came in, then ignored us the entire time we were there. Took my hubby to get a pedicure with me, and expected to have them done together. The male tech started on me, and totally ignored my husband. When I asked the receptionist why 2 other ladies were being worked on before him, she gave me some lame excuse that we would be next. By the time I was almost done, they still had not started on him. He ended up walking out, and waited in the car until I was done.When I was  paying my bill, she refused to look me in the eye, and practically threw the pen at me to sign. The salon was clean and modern but I wasn't happy with their service at all. I went in for a gel manicure that took a lot longer than it should've. The older woman who did my nails didn't seem to know what to do for a gel manicure. She was getting help from one of the younger girls that was there. They also charged $3 more than Great Nails and I didn't think it was a huge deal, until my nails started to chip after 3 days. I've had gel manicures for years and from many different places. This is the first place that charged the most for a manicure that lasted less than a week. Don't waste your time or money! Read Less

After that she felt tension in the air, the lady then begin to mumble in foreign language.It pretty much ruined my day aswell seeing the woman I loved just being treated like she was in an assembly line. When we arrived home she then begin to show me how crooked her nails were.. would not recommend this place for women who expect a quality nail job! Read Less
