Erin did my nails a week ago today.  I waited to see how they held up before posting this review and I want to say that they look just like they did the day she did them.  I love this salon!  It's clean, cute, and friendly.  It's not loud, but people are enjoying themselves.  I was in and out in just a little less than an hour with a beautiful french manicure.  Years ago, I did acrylic nails.  The salons I went to all had terrible fumes from the products.  Not Red Betty--it smells great!  Erin is very personable and paid great attention to detail.  I'm coming back for nails AND toes!! These ladies are true professionals and are just so sweet and talented. It has a great, joyous atmosphere in the salon and whatever you need these ladies have you. Came in for the first time and won't be coming back. The sides of my nails are barely painted and everything is uneven. I wasted my money and a tip on this set of nails. The people that worked here were kind and fun but not worth the wrecked nail job. Read Less

Officially my new favorite nail shop in Austin! I am one happy camper When you walk in you're immediately greeted by the friendly staff. You can book your appt. online for any of your their services. If you cancel within 12 hours they will not charge you.Kat was super friendly. I booked her for a express mani and pedi and I enjoyed her attention to detail. She has a real appreciation for nail artistry. She was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She does a great job and I am generally super picky with my nails. Very disappointed with the manicure I just got from Red Betty. It's chipping after 2 days and I had to apply my own top coat when I got home because the polish was peeling off of one fingernails almost entirely. Inside it feels more like a hair salon than a nail salon, and my manicurist was a bit chattier than I would have liked. No offer for an arm or neck and shoulder massage, and she even hurt my hand while trying to massage it.Still searching for the perfect manicure in Austin... Read Less

Red Betty is hands down the best nail salon, with the most awesome staff in town . I love walking in and being greeted with friendly smiles and fun conversation . Cierra is my girl for nail art and she's AMAZING , I have to say, all of the ladies are so talented though and  Erin (the owner) has such cool style so the place is super cute ! Emily takes care of my brows and bikini and (she does facial and massage too!) she does a fantastic job-quick and painless and I'm a huge wimp. I know they do lash extensions but I haven't tried them yet, next on my list.. They are always playing a cool, fun movie while you're there, so you can zone out and enjoy your mani pedi. Red Betty has the best service and atmosphere of any nail salon I have ever been to! The abundance of 5 stars aren't hyped here, folks. I booked 'The Pedicure' with Cierra, which involved a warm foot soak, massage, cuticle care, nail paint, and a few other procedures which I can't even recall because Cierra kept me so entertained the whole time I was in that chair. She was such a joy to chat and share an hour with but also took care of every little detail in the service. She gives an incredible foot massage, enjoyable to even those of us that are highly ticklish. The paint job was flawless and Cierra was clearly an expert, like everyone in the salon. A huge added plus for me was that everyone in the salon was chatting and laughing together, which created an awesome atmosphere for the customers. I left with incredibly soft feet, some tips to take care of my pedicure, and a new go-to stylist.The salon carries gorgeous, fresh colors from a variety of high-end lines. No gloppy or messy paints in sight. They also have several TVs throughout the salon playing movies--I got to catch the end of Home Alone 2 and Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead which added some laughs to my experience.
