I walked in this place with no idea as far a nail vision. Thank the Lord Lisa came to my rescue! I was very nervous about getting my nails done in a new shop and trusting a new nail tech to do ombre' nails. I was sat down immediately and Lisa did everything I wanted her to do. First, I had been getting my nails done in New York City (long story) and needless to say, it was beyond time to get them done again. Lisa did a fine job of soaking off my old nails, being patient with my indecisiveness, and did not force any thing on me that I did not want. Overall I was pleased with her customer service skills, I appreciate the fact that we had a personalable experience, and the shop was immaculant. Anyone who has had a poor experience with this place, I am sorry. Try Lisa next time. She's very nice and personable and will give you quality nails. Walked in here and was not even greeted. They sat me in a chair with water that wasn't even sanitized. UGH. I walked out after 15 minutes. You lose customers when you can't even ask my name. Oh mind you I made an appointment too. Worst place ever. The chair didn't even work. Imagine sitting in there for 45 min-1 hr getting a pedicure without a massage. UGH DO NOT GO. Walked in here on a whim 3 weeks ago while on vacation, got a gel manicure that still has yet to chip! (And I am not gentle with my nails, either.) The pricing was fair and the service was great! Incredibly clean place, with a fresh atmosphere. They offered me a glass of water, asked if I wanted a massage, and were very kind all around. Would definitely come back if I lived in Austin!!! If you have been looking for a nail salon that meets all criteria from low prices, cleanliness, and wonderful service then stop looking! This salon is amazing. They really take their time with my nails and listen to how I want my nails shaped and what not. Every time my nail chips or breaks they are always willing and ready to fix it free of charge! There isn't a specific person I would recommend because they are all equally great! I also got my eyebrows done here too, they look fierce and clean!Also I went and got a beautiful olive green gel manicure.It lasted a solid 3 1/2 weeks, which is unheard of! Read Less

This is a very clean and beautifully furnished nail salon. I went in on Sunday afternoon and got my nails done with Nancy. She did a really good job and I enjoyed chatting with her. The only imperfection is that I didn't really find the sapphire blue SNS color I was thinking about so I went with pink. But it was overall a great experience! Read Less

Seriously. Best mani/pedi ever! I got an acrylic manicure which was perfect and a deluxe pedicure which was THE BEST I've ever had and I have thought I'd found the best before but wow! Came here after a referral from my hairstylist (just moved all the way from CT), and feel like I hit the jackpot. Customer service was top notch, friendly and personable staff. My pedicure was done by Maithai, she was amazing! Prices were reasonable for quality service. Both my manicure and pedicure looked the best I've ever had. Seriously! The ladies took their time, made sure I was comfortable, and were very welcoming. The location itself is very clean, and the massage chairs very comfortable. Great variety of services. This was NOT my usual pedicure experience. The salon was very clean and pleasant. Polish selection is displayed neatly in front and not all over the store. As a very ticklish person, I always expect a certain level of discomfort, but pedicures keep my feet healthy and pretty, so I endure. However, I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a true massage with my spa pedicure and I actually *enjoyed* it! Let me tell you, this was not one of those average rub the legs and feet vigorously for less than 10 min. The end product was very neat and I wasn't ignored for an extended period of time waiting to dry and pay. Hands down, this is the best pedicure I have received. I visited mid-day on a Sunday expecting a wait, but I was greeted and seated promptly along with my husband for both of our pedicures.It was very nice and clean place with friendly staff. The let down, was the lack of  choices of colors !! I couldn't find new shades , probably just different shades of basic color(talking about normal paints not the gel shades)  I even had to ask some one if they had any thing to drink(usually I am offered a drink when I walk in at other places) Though they had complimentary wine and sodas.They lady who did my pedi, after I said No for a manicure she started pushing me for going for a manicure or a nail color/french etc for my hand.The pedicure was decent but didn't massage well at all & felt she just rushed through me finishing her job asap. Very impressed! I'm traveling and am very hesitant to try a new salon. Friendly engaging staff, great service, very clean and organized and was an efficient and enjoyable  use of time. What a great find! The manager and the staff were all very friendly. The pedicure tubs had disposable liners which is a huge plus! My friend and I were able to relax, have a glass of wine and enjoy the pampering. There was no overwhelming chemical smell, the salon is bright and pretty, and the prices are very reasonable. I feel bad about writing a negative review because there were some nice things about this salon, but as one of the reviewers pointed out the skills of the nail techs are questionable. I went in with a friend on Sunday a couple hours before closing. We didn't have appointments and they were very accommodating to us walking in. A few things stood out to me - multiple (more than 2) thick layers of polish were applied to my toes. From my own experience in painting my nails, applying 3-4 coats of a thick OPI polish takes a while to completely dry and most of the time it ends up smudged and sloppy-looking. Secondly, I noticed multiple times she had to clean up the edges of my nail/skin with a brush dipped in nail polish remover. No biggie as long as the end result looks great and the color lasts. Well, it didn't. The next day the polish on both big toes was ruined. Also noticed that the second coat of polish applied to my fingernails doesn't even cover my entire nail so you can clearly see a the demarcation between coats on all my fingernails. I should mention that I had 2 separate nail techs and was 0 for 2 that day. I've honestly never had such a shoddy mani/pedi before. For me this was a case of trying out a new nail place and getting burned. hopefully those that read this and decide to gamble luck out better than me. Read Less
