I love this place. My friends and I come in about once a month for pedicures. It’s very clean, the quality is good, the staff is nice and remembers me, the selection of nail colors is good and always updated with some seasonal colors, and their natural products are perfect for my allergies and sensitive skin... When you pay twice as much for a gel manicure you'd hope that the nail tech doesn't cut you. You'd hope wrong. Turns out THREE of my cuticles were cut. I told her when she cut the first one that it was bleeding. She apologized, and proceeded to gouge my next finger. Again, I told her it hurt. Again she apologized. I have been getting my nails dipped for six months or so and they always last two or three weeks. I came from out of town and had my nails done for a wedding on a Thursday evening with the bridal party and by Saturday night one nail cracked while I was putting on my shoes. The morning after, the top half of my nail had popped off so I decided to go back to get it fixed. They told me there would be a charge which I accepted even though I didn't feel like it was right. Again, I've never had any issues with my nails breaking under normal circumstances. The only other time I had one break was when they were almost three weeks old and I hit my hand on a rail at a baseball game. I paid the three dollars and left to start my drive back home. The "fixed" nail is the same color but the shape does not match the others, it's lopsided and looks sloppy. While sitting in traffic on Monday I noticed the index finger on my other hand had already cracked down the middle. Definitely upset that they didn't even last a long weekend. Read Less

I come here once a year as my splurge for myself.Located in a great area, Plum nails is great place for a high end service. I did the seasonal special mani-pedi combo. My appointment started a little late *10 minutes* but the service was wonderful. I am a regular pedicure person, but I like to jump to different locations. The pedicures here are luxurious, using facial brushes for your treatments on your legs. Great options for drinks *which is important for me* including red and white wine. Now I only get a manicure once a year *I have had some bad experiences in the past* but my manicure here was the best I've ever had. If you are wanting to pamper yourself and you have the budget to splurge, come here! You won't be disappointed. First pedi at Plum, but it won't be my last. I opted for the Bliss package, and it was wonderful. The shop is clean and comfortable, and doesn't have that chemically smell like most nail places. Clean, prompt, great value, did I mention clean? This is the ONLY place that I have been going to that I did not catch an infection in my toe nails. They are fanatic about being good and clean. Love this place! Amazing service and wonderful technicians. The spa itself is super cute, super clean, and everyone there is friendly and helpful. They have online booking, which is awesome since I'm a busy mom and sometimes need to schedule last minute - it's nice to pop online at 6am to see if I can get in for the day without having to wait until they are open.
