Went it while I was waiting for my car to get the sticker taken care of.  Not the best customer service.  They were very rude when I asked for their wifi password, and didn't give it to me.  I like to work while I get my nails done.  They didn't even offer me different types of services, just did the quickest one possible.  Leg massage was weak.  Definitely not going back.  They just wanted in and out. A friend recommended this place to me about a year and a half ago and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so nice and any nail tech you get does an amazing job. Ann did a full set on me and trust me when I say that I know a good nail tech.. Ann is a great nail tech! She is highly efficient with a drill and I have drill phobia.. She is so gentle and I have super paper thin nails. I had a very pleasant conversation with her and she even helped me with my decision with my accent nail!! The hardest part is picking the color! She did a wonderful job shaping my ballerina shape nails you guys and she knows her stuff.. I wish the drill bits and files were a bit more sanitized or my own box.. The pedi I'm not sure I would get again. It was a bit pricey for what I got as I have gotten pedis in other higher end salons for the same or lower prices.. Still on the fence here because I really like to get my services done at the same location so that my colors match and for convenience. Hey I'm willing to give it another try I guess. Ann did NOT do my pedi and I really don't want to say her name as everyone has bad days and it honestly was not Terrible.. It just seemed overpriced for a Non Standard Salon.. The products used were not that special. I'm a nail product connoisseur and in the beauty industry...Hope this was helpful and for the times I can't do my nails I will definitely be coming here!! Tried this salon for the first time today.  Online is said $23, we called & they said acrylic nails were $27 for medium & then they added on $4 to shape & $15 for gel.  I understand adding on for the gel, but not to shape.  Then they shaped it crooked (middle nail). I think we will try a new place next time. Read Less

The ladies were quiet, but friendly. I had an appointment and I did not wait. (Sometimes my old shop would make me wait even though I was on time for my appointment, so I love this). My nails look great, and I was done earlier than I expected. I will be back! Read Less

I was so happy to find such an amazing nail salon close to my house. Since becoming pregnant I've started coming here every other week and everyone is great. Great nail technicians and a huge selection of colors! I was very surprised at how professional they were, and that they spoke very good English. They clearly take a lot of pride in what they do, and the day that I went, they were very excited about a bunch of new nail polish colors they had just gotten in. I will definitely be back. Went in on a Tuesday afternoon, completely empty. The lady who did my nails left corners sharp. Then another customer came in and she let another employee top coat my nails to do the other customer's nails. Left color on my skin and I had to ask to have it removed. Great place to get spoiled with the mother! Just a wee bit pricey! The lavender treatment is the way to go for your mani an pedi! My mom was in Heaven!  She told everyone about her experience. Terrible. The worst nail salon I've ever been to. I went to relax...get a pedicure. While scrubbing my feet, I felt pain and the guy laughed it off. He said, "It tickles?" No, it hurt. Then blood and a swollen foot. He never apologized. When I got up to pay, he had disappeared and 3 other "workers" were asleep in spa chairs. No joke. I found this place completely randomly. I was driving home and realized I needed a facial waxing. I think there are 2 nail shops in the same shopping center and I almost went to the other one, but I couldn't find parking. I turned a corner, and there was Nail Expo.I wasn't expecting anything in particular... a brow wax is a brow wax. I was greeted with a very friendly smile and welcome. The whole place was welcoming. My "waxer" was very sweet... friendly, but not overdone. She did a precise job, took care in what she was doing and checked in with me about it all. The price was right too.I will be back! My nails look awesome! I went to Nail Expo 2 weeks ago and got a great pedicure and shellac manicure from Jessica. She does a very thorough job, and does a really good massage. The shellac looked awesome, done perfectly, and super shiny (like glass). I will definitely be rescheduling with Jessica soon! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a smaller place, only 5 pedicure chairs, and a little older than some nail salons. But the service makes up for that! Great prices as well!
