My white gel acrylics lasted over two weeks with breaking or coming off! I love Joe Nails because they took into account I don't want my natural nails to be TOO damaged, so when they filed they did it very, very lightly. While I waited (I was a walk-in) I was offered fresh watermelon, a bottle of water and there were other snacks available. For $50 flat, I got free water and snacks, full-set acrylics, gel nail polish, a hot towel treatment, and an arm/hand and neck massage. I highly recommend! Read Less

Just had my first pedicure here. I'll keep coming back. The nail equipment is sterilized and they give you the kit to keep when they're done. The music is relaxing. This is the cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing place i've been to. The nail colors are nicely organized with beautiful color selection. Totally worth $28! They offered honey dew fruit, and have pretzels and mints available while u dry your nails. Joe's Nails is great! I have been to most of the nail shops in this area and this one excels. Service is prompt, attentive and professional. The shop is immaculate at all times. The techs are careful, the tools are sterile, and there are no pilings of nails filings on the tables or floor (these really turn me off). I always call first and am promptly attended when I arrive. I get nails, toes and waxing each time. The polish has to grow off, never chips. The techs are not constantly talking in a language I do not understand. I've been going to Joe nails regularly for almost a year now and I've never been disappointed in their services. I won't trust anyone but Jenny for my eyebrow wax! She does a phenomenal job every time. I also LOVE their deluxe pedicure services. I walked away from their Raw Earth pedicure feeling the most relaxed I've ever been in a long time. Every technician in the salon is courteous, friendly and professional. Most importantly, I've never been kept waiting for longer than a few minutes to be seen when I come in for my appointments, no matter how busy they may seem. I highly recommend that you get a receipt for your transaction. I would give them only one star, but the guy that did my pedicure was amazing, and he helped me tremendously with an ingrown toenail that was still healing from two weeks prior. When I left there, I left a tip on the receipt and rounded up to the nearest 10-dollar increment ($70.00), when the charge went through my account it was totaled at 2 dollars more ($72.00). This is illegal, but I have no way of disputing it, because I did not request a copy of my receipt. Also, it's $2.00, so maybe they needed it more than I did. I have had pedicures and manicures before at other places, but they have never taken more than 1.5 hours with just one person helping me. Wow! I have been impressed from the beginning when I started coming here over 7 years ago. Excellent work and great value. Nails, toes, waxing are my regular favorites. Jenny rewards with discounts for birthdays, introducing new customers, and loyalty cards. Always surprising us with new upgrades: new pedicure chairs, citrus in water, a rose, snacks, water, wine, etc. I have given gift cards to dance teachers, men & women friends. I have been going to Joe's for the past 2 and a half years and I cant seem to get enough. Very knowledgable staff and very kind as well. The owner Jenny always makes sure every customer is accommedated and being helped. The prices are very reasonable , and they offer good discounts for kids 16 and under and as well as birthdays. The only problem I have seen there is that they become so busy and clients just walk in, thats the only complaint I would make and it has to do with the customers not the workers of Joe Nails. People should have the common curtosey to call and set an appointment but regardless they never turn anyone away and do the best to their abilities to make them comfrontable.
