1st time went in to have sns taken off, waited forever and the woman who did my nails was super rushed and didn't listen at all to my request to have them trimmed and rounded. She cut off all of my nail and squared them. I went home and had to file them to round myself. 2nd time went on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't busy yet I sat their for over an hour. It didn't seem like they cared that they had a customer waiting. I finally just left. Won't be giving them a 3rd chance and won't be recommending them to anyone with service like that. Read Less

great friendly staff. i never leave this salon dissatisfied. Kevin, the owner, treats all of his clients with respect and transparency. He knows what is best for your nails to help them get or remain healthy. He is great at Gel, acrylic, and SNS, and nail designs. He is ON TIME, too which I appreciate!! Van is great for pedicures! I went there today, I pass it everyday and live across from it, I looked at the reviews they had amazing reviews. I can honestly say I love them and will be back! The service was wonderful and all staff was nice. Henry (nail tech)did my nails exactly like I asked, they came out wonderful and he conversation with me and my babbling! I did matte nails and they look amazing I have never done matte before. But overall this salon is awesome, they have some talented nail techs here! I arrived at the salon expecting great things. The male technicians and the long haired female technician seemed great and their customers were happy. Unfortunately my technical was this lady with a bob haircut, and she was pretty bad. The place was not too busy when it was my turn. I asked for a spa pedicure; the technician rushed through it like she had a train to catch. While rushing, she was very rough with my nails, didn't scrub in the places I wanted scrubbed (and scrubbed me hard in the places I didn't want such a firm touch), was watching TV the whole time she was attending to me, and finally made a face when I wanted to test 2 colors to see which one was the closest match to the color I wanted. All in all, disappointed. Now honestly, if I was one of the salon's regulars, maybe I'd be treated better. But I wasn't, and after this experience I don't think I will ever be one. Sad, because I wanted to love this place. I suggest you have this technician learn better customer skills, or frankly have her replaced. The rest of the team seemed very good and I am sad I wasn't attended to by one of them. Read Less
