Worst nail experience I've ever had and I get my acrylic nails done at least 2-3 times a month. A friend recommended I go here so I did. The woman I had doing my nails had 2-3 of my cuticles bleeding when she just went in and started "cleaning them up" after I washed my hands. She put no solution to soften them what so ever. Then $45 and TWO days later my nails are coming off and becoming loose. After the fourth nail falling off I took all of them off. Didn't even want to bother going back to have them fix their lazy, unprofessional work. Someone should be checking her license to see if she's renewed it or even gotten it the first place because she obviously don't know how to apply acrylic nails. Read Less

I love this place! Have been coming here on and off for years now and I always come back because no one can beat their quality of work! I've used pretty much everyone who works here and they are all fantastic. My shellac stays on for 2/3 weeks, with no chipping or lifting and they are just generally really nice people. Of course they know me by name now, but they are super sweet to everyone who comes in! One time my ankle was broken and in a cast, so they would give me a pedicure on one foot and change the polish and cut my nails on my other, then gave me a discount for the few months when I was on one foot! I was really floored by how great the service was! I have been getting a biweekly mani/pedi in Austin for years and this place was the best bar-none. It was very clean, had an amazing selection of shellac colors including the CND shellac line. The service is affordable, and they actually take the time to give you a good massage - which is rare these days.
