I use to really enjoy coming here prices were great service great people nice and the fact it was around the corner a plus but these new owners change up prices each visit and last couple times I've gone multiple nails broke off and I don't use falsies or add one so however there doing them cause my entire nail to brake in half I even went up the road then majestic nails for a month or so and tried 2 other places and my nails never broke even if I cracked or chipped it only hard ahead top coat from dipping powder but my real nails stayed unharmed. Well being pressed for time last two times I visited Venus I have broken a total of 4 nails now I have to go somewhere else to have them chop all my nails off and start from scratch I don't care if its only place in town I'll never go back and I'm warning all Aubrey citizens before u go if u value your nails choose another place. I've gone here twice in THREE weeks! I've gotten the organic dip nails both times and both times less then a week my nails start to come off. This time I've had my nails for four days and when I picked up a pillow my index nail popped right off. I'm VERY disappointed with this place and if I could leave 0 stars I would. They also don't want to do the nails how YOU want they try to discourage you and push you into getting what they want. I highly recommend going down the road to cross roads to get your nails done. This place has 2 stars for a reason and I just gave them the benefit of the doubt without reading reviews and I DONT recommend doing that. Read Less
