TL;DR - BEST PEDICURE I'VE HAD IN YEARS. Plus great service. I don't frequently write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at Kutie Nails & Spa, I wanted to put additional info here. I lived in Frisco my entire life, only recently moving to the Aubrey area. I've been going to Nails America (Frisco) since I was 16. I used to go weekly, but I had a horrible customer service experience that involved another customer barging in on my eyebrow waxing session. While that wasn't 100% Nails America's fault, service had been going downhill, like really fast manis/pedis, mainly due to how busy the establishment is. True story, it's been over a year since I've gotten a mani/pedi. Fast forward to today. I wanted to try somewhere new, and Kutie Nails is right up the street. My husband recommended I try it out, so I scheduled a mani/pedi. I've read the reviews, so I called ahead and was able to schedule an appt 20 min from when I called. I got there and it was a slower time, only one other customer. Let me tell you, this was the BEST PEDICURE I'VE HAD IN YEARS. The lady (didn't get her name, should have) was so detailed and took her time - it was SUPER relaxing. I love a good foot massage, but her leg massage was AH-MAZING. The nails are awesome too. Plus - a lot less expensive than the Frisco area. I absolutely will return. I'd refer this Kutie Nails to any of my friends/family. Read Less

I went to this nail place on recommendations from Nextdoor.  I never had the rock pedicure which was FABULOUS!  I left with a whooping total of $80! and I had to go back because two of my nails popped off...Will I go back???? Probably not. Especially since they only have 2 ladies that work there, and I think  one of them wanted to charge me for coming back for her to fix the two nails I lost. Customer service here sucks, waited nearly an hour because they showed up late just to say they have an appointment although they accept walk ins. Lady laughed in our face after we described our problem. Barely any employees that’s able to work. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Read Less

Every time I come here when they have their walk ins welcome sign they ask me to come back hours later. Today they opened at 9:30am I come in there’s one person with two ladies working on her and I ask for nextgen and they asked me to come back after 1pm. This place is cheaper than others around and they do fairly nice work but they’re constantly turning away customers because they only have 2 or 3 people working yet they have more than one person working on the same person at once. Always my favorite place to go for nails! Professional, clean, and very expert staff. This is how I treat myself, and would recommend Kutie! I wear nail extension through the winter months and my nails look great for weeks after getting them done here - no peeling, no chipped polish, just tidy and fresh all the way until my next fill. This place is fantastic. The people who work there are very nice and try hard to do a good job. It's a small nail salon. There are only 3-4 technicians working there at a time. I've seen some people give negative reviews due to being turned away. I've never had a hard time getting in, but I've always called ahead or gone at a time when it wasn't during their peak busy hours. Read Less

I have gone to every salon off 380 over the last 9 years and always gravitate back to this one. The only reason I have tried other salons is because their pedicure chairs are older and sometimes the massage and recline feature doesn't work. However, the quality and service is amazing. Plus they are very affordable. I got the second most expensive pedicure (which was over an hour long) and a gel manicure (arm massage and all) and only spent $60.00. (That would have cost me $80 somewhere else for less service) They don't rush you out the door like the other salons who take every walk-in possible. And they don't make you feel like they are being "put out". I never leave frustrated. The other women who gave them a 1 star should have called ahead. Their bad! Read Less

I moved to the area in January, hoping to find a good nail salon soon after.  I tried a few places along 380, however all were disappointing in various regards.  I decided to check out this salon in May, and wanted to wait on posting a review until I had visited more than once.  So far I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service each time I've come in.  The staff is pleasant and friendly, does consistently good work, is always respectful of the customers, and is professional in their business.  Definitely different from a few other salons nearby!  The location and staff is on the small side, however the service is worth waiting for, if you have to.  I will gladly recommend this salon, and believe I've found a keeper! Just moved to the area and decided to try Kutie Nails based on the reviews. I'm very picky about my nails but I must say they did a very good job. I didn't have to wait and they were very attentive. I only gave 4 stars because they didn't offer me any wine while I was getting my pedicure. :). Satisfied Overall. Read Less

I walked in around 5:00pm the day before thanksgiving for a full set. They were able to fit me in in only five minutes. This is one of the best sets I have ever had. I got the pink and white and it was only $38. Very reasonably priced. It wasn't the fanciest or largest nail salon, but they do great quality work. MUCH better and cleaner than another nail salon I have found on 380. I'll be back. Read Less

FINALLY - I have been living up in the Pilot Point area for the past 3 years and have been looking for a great nail salon and TODAY I found one, right around the corner.   Tina did an amazing job for a manicure and pedicure, she took her time, my hands and feet have never looked so beautiful - she is so sweet.  Prices are great and very clean and safety conscious.   Thanks Tina, I will be back!
