I usually love this place, but went on a Friday to get a fill and a polish change. I wanted matte with a design on one nail. I dont know if the lady was new but she couldn't get the design right and she put way too much gel nail polish on to where it has bubbles. Looks terrible. She then tried to blame it on me and my nails? I will post a picture so you can see but i was really upset because i paid $40 for the fill and it looked like really sloppy work. I loved my first experience and so did my boyfriend who accompanied me. We both went in to get pedis for the first time ever and I got my nails done, also for the first time. There was a bit of a wait at first but it’s understandable since it was evening and there were several people ahead of us. The service was great and we both loved the results. I was so pleased with my experience! Le took such good care of my feet. I felt relaxed and cared for, and my neglected feet were completely cured during this visit. Terrible terrible terrible! Y'all know that I love nail salons. I was on out in Arlington for work and saw this place. It is cute but the whole idea of drinks and nails is only for those who are getting full service. I got a polish change and it was $24. It's the worst polish change I've ever had. Came here from a friends recommendation and everything was perfect. I did come early on Monday and it wasn't crowded nor was my pedicure rushed. I chose the aromatherapy pedicure (50$) and it was amazing. Lengthy massage, hot stones, wax, hot towels. I did bring my own nail polish. Great nail salons can be hard to find but I am glad I have the option of Upscale Nail Bar. They are reasonably priced ($35) for dip nails and they have a full bar.I came here on a Saturday morning around 11 scared it would be packed but was pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't. They have around 20 pedicure seats and multiple paces for manicures. I have noticed a lot of the nail salons in the area seem to focus on pedicures and only have 4 or so manicure stations. They had triple that and each was clean. I had Tony do my nails and he was great! Quick, professional and fun to talk to. I got a light pink color and he did a great job of making sure it wasn't too thick. I will have to go back and get my nails done more often! Read Less

Really pretty salon no doubt. My first time there I went because it said online that they did face threading when in fact they do not. So I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman doing them was extremely rough, rough and uncaring to the point where she had actually ripped out my nose piercing. I was not taken to a back room I was seated in a pedicure chair and was waxed in front of everyone. It was an extremely uncomfortable and terrible experience and do not recommend them for waxing. I was not greeted when I walked in, stood at the desk for 15min until someone asked "can I help you" waited another 30min to be seen another person came after me and got seen before me! Expensive but worth it This place is beautiful.  I am so impressed with the decorum and the professionalism of the staff.  I had the best pedicure by Bailey,  a soft spoken woman with a gentle spirit.  She gave me a hot stone massage and a scrub.  The scrub and message together help stimulate circulation.  I was blown way by how great my feet looked and how wonderful they felt.  Great place for a pedicure.  They even serve wine and champagne upon request. Upscale is definitely a place to go!! I went one day and got my nails done they were beautiful , but I wasn't what I wanted. I was said because it was my birthday, and I didn't have time to get them redone. However, they told me come back the next day! I went back today & I did not have any problems getting my nails done. No one was rude!  They immediately sat me down soaked the old set off & completely re did them and on top of that THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL AND  E X A C T L Y what I wanted ! Do not go here for gel!!!!Got a French tip gel manicure on Friday, the next morning two had chipped, went back to get the two fixed. They fixed them no problem. The next day, three more had chipped. The atmosphere is cute and the staff was nice but I'll never return. I came here at the urging of my mom who swore this place was Los Angeles level in the nail department. Wrong. I suppose I should go into detail...Pedicure: don't remember what pedicure I got but it was awesome. My nail polish (I brought my own) still hasn't chipped and I'm amazed. This is probably one of the only pedicures I've ever gotten that didn't make me feel like I needed to go home and put Vaseline on my nail beds and foot soles. This and the atmosphere earned the 3 stars.Acrylic, full set: this is where things went left. I showed a picture of very specific coffin shaped nails with a natural clear tint. A lady (maybe the boss?) kept pushily rephrasing and reimagining what exactly I was asking her for and insisted that I meant regular old square nails with pink polish. If I showed you a picture of coffin nail with a natural clear tint, what more is there to discuss? I was very specific and nice about it yet you completely ignored me. Recreate what I showed you or at least, tell me you or one of your technicians cant. So I ended up sitting with another lady who also ignored each time I grimaced or asked for a different shape. Once she shaped my new set in the basic square acrylic shape that I didn't ask for, I peacefully nodded in agreement because I was so tired of fighting about what I'd originally asked for. I'd been awake since 5am and I was really just aggravated by the pushy insistence that they knew what I wanted even more than I did. I got drill burn on one finger to which I still have a scab 10 days later, 8 out of 10 nails have lifted from the nail bed and it's only may 17 (I got this brand new set done on 5/6 and they lifted far before today.) I do regular ol office work like typing and picking up a phone occasionally so none of my nails should be lifting right? Wrong. I picked up a folder today and one of my nails bent off my natural nail to the point I yelped out in pain with an expletive. Not lady like at all but it hurt just that badly. So now I'm sitting here with some $2.99 KISS glue from CVS (for the first time in my life) trying to save myself. Absolute worst manicure of my life, and I have had many. I came in for a simple dip change. I was there for over two hours because Anna continued to knock dents into my nails and had to redo them. In addition. I left with about 5 or 6 fingers that were cut badly around the cuticle. The tips were not completely secured to my natural nail which allows for bacteria to harbor underneath the acrylic nail. This is a concern because I wear contact lenses. The manager did not make me pay but I am going to have to visit another salon this week to get them redone. Read Less

This new nail salon is really pretty and well decorated. I had a full set done and regular polish. The nail salon has a standard "wine bar" located in the shop. My nails came out nice however the only thing I had issues with is the fact the technician does not moisturize/oil your cuticles once you have had all of those chemical added to you nails. I also don't like the gap between my mail and the tip not being filled in with nail glue I have all types of things getting in between my nails and it makes my nails look gross. I don't think I will be back to this location. This salon really only caters to women getting no chip or dip nails. Read Less

This place is a joke I walked in to have them remove my nails and do a manicure it all took 15 minutes the girl barley filed my nails very lazy work..I asked her if they had nail harder and they didn't it was very tacky..I have to come back 2 days later because the Polish literally peeled off! I saw that this place opened in February and thought I would bring my MIL to try it out since we can never find a good place in North Arlington! I'm cautiously optimistic! I've been having a hard time finding a great nail place in this area and it appears I may have found it. Finally! I came in on a Sunday and it wasn't busy so I was able to get right in for a pedicure. They do try to upsell but I didn't feel pressured when I said no. The salon is bright and clean. This is a nice new salon unfortunately it's not managed very well. Not kept neat and orderly. The tech that did my $50 spa pedicure was very rough.  I left there with my toes very sore. A new nail salon in Arlington (opened February 2017). Based on my experience with nail salons near me...this was much needed!! I have been to this salon twice now. I was their very first customer on opening day and then I went back a few weeks later. Customer service is top notch. They really want to take care of you and get the services you desire. I've had pedicures and manicures. There are hundreds of colors to choose from. Gel colors typically have a matching non gel color, but look before committing because it doesn't always match 100%. It's very relaxing and clean. The "bar" portion of their name means just that...enjoy wine, margarita, and other beverages as a complimentary feature to your experience. I've had different techs at the salon and they have all been very good. If you find a tech you really like, then you can request an appointment with them. I have just been a walk in customer. My husband and I just moved to the Dallas area last month and I've been searching for a good nail spa! We went to the sports bar next door to eat, after my husband read their reviews, I decided to get pampered! So I walked in to inquire about their prices and services. I was greeted by Tammy with excellent customer service. The set up and atmosphere immediately gained my attention. Tammy examined my nails and recommended I stop wearing gel polish and try the dipping powder. I was hesitant at first but my husband suggested I try something different! I absolutely love my nails. Brian was my nail tech and he was super awesome. He also educated me with the benefits of using the dipping powder vs gel polish. The fact that dipping powder isn't damaging to my nails sold me. Crystal was awesome with my deluxe pedicure. She too was very informative about the products she was using on my feet. And yes, they do serve complimentary drinks. They are a bit pricey than most nail spas, however their quality of service is worth every penny we spent! I definitely will be returning! Read Less
