Really?!! This place sucks! I called for manicure price before I waked in and they said 27$ so I went for both manicure and pedicure. The lady spoke the language which was hard to understand and she misunderstood me several times by putting the wrong colors and she did cut my flesh at least 3 times! I have been doing my nails for 20 years and never saw anyone putting the colors before they trim my nails. I decided to write the review for them is because they charged me 32$ instead of 27 which was not they horned on phone and pedicure 15 dollars was ok for regular ones but the lady misunderstood the colors on that too. Since she trimmed my nails after the color and now my corner nails and the color all gone! After I told her about this and she said you want more color on your nails? DO YOU want the colors on your flesh? That place never again! Read Less

Service Terrible tech did not do what I asked she didn't want to redo my full set I only wanted to get a new set take off old set with a polish change on feet. She cut my nails with drill on accident so then she's like I'll just do the coffins nails for you your gonna like it 😣😒🤔 how you going to tell me what I'll like furthermore I didn't ask for coffins nails. I came in for a new set and polish change on my feet and my daughter got a polish on hands and feet. My service was Terrible she didn't take off my old nails like I asked saying my nails were fine then mistakenly cut my square nails to coffins nails I didn't ask for coffins nails but she charge me for them after she tried correcting them. Not sure what is going on with them lately but the waiting has got more longer. I was disappointed because I arrived there and someone was free to do my nails but I was told that I would have to wait till the people who had appointments came and then wait an hour. I was very upset because on Saturdays and sundays it's always the same thing I have to wait a long time before I am able to get my nails done. Nice people, poor results. I got a basic manicure Saturday, had a pleasant enough time getting it done, but it is chipping from the sides on Monday! I have my nails cut to the quick due to my work, I don't pick at them or use chemicals, so they should not be chipping! How cheap of polish are they using? Not worth the $14.Read Less

The guy who did my nails did pretty good. Much better than other places. However when I was set down to put my nails under the light, I was forgotten there. This is a great nail spot! I went in on a busy Sunday after calling about 20 minutes ahead and had a very relaxing pedicure and dipped nails and was exceptionally pleased with the quality. I felt like the technician really listened to what I wanted and she took her time despite having plenty of customers waiting for their turn. This is not a fancy place - they won't offer you anything to drink and I didn't receive a massage on my hands once my nails were finished, but I think the $20 I saved coming here versus a lot of nicer/newer salons was well worth it. I'm sure if you visited on a weekday morning when they were less busy, they may pamper you even more - which would turn this solid 4 star into a 5 in my book! Read Less

When I come to get a pedicure, I want to relax. At this place, I felt like I was being rushed. I had bad calluses on my feet, and told the girl doing my pedicure that I was mostly concerned with getting them removed. She didn't even use a foot file, just barely glazed over my feet with a pumice bar for less than 2 minutes. The rest of the pedicure also went too fast. She quickly rubbed lotion on my legs, but didn't even take time to massage them. The polish job on my toenails was fast and sloppy. The staff seemed nice enough, even though I felt rushed. First time going here and I definitely will be making them my regular nail salon. The entire staff were super polite and welcoming. The lady who did my mani and pedi took her time, told me about their specials which was free seat salt (for the pedicure), I was helped right away and I didn't feel like they were talking about people in their native language. Pleasant staff, reasonable prices. Went here for the Basic Manicure, $14. Regular manicures don't last long for me, the color chips pretty quickly so I don't get just basic manicures often. I have spent lots of $$$ in high end much more fancy salons and never has gel polish last this long - bonus since I remove my own polish and don't want/need a manicure (I prefer to handle that myself) its only $17 for gel/shellac polish. I don't have a lot to say on "how well of a job they did or didnt do" but I do have my opinion on how they handle businessI went in there right when they opened for the first time, showed the lady pictures of my nails in the past how they are designed and how I like them. So she would have an idea of what I wanted when it came time to nail art/polish. After she put the acrylic nails on when I asked for the white tips, I guess I should have been watching her every move, because I was being nosey watching the Olympics when I loooked down she was on the 3rd nail putting the regular acrylic nails.  I just went with it and decided that I wanted them to be all painted with designs so I didnt say anything. After she filed them down and did all she needed when it came time to asking me what polish/what I wanted done... she showed me the maybe 15 to choose from which all but maybe 2 were horrible and looked like a 5 year old did them.. I picked the only one I liked, which granted I maybe a little picky but when your spending $40 or more you want to have what you like and what you pay for that's just the principle.She said No, No.. like she couldn't do it. She could only do stripes/lines, and thats not what I was looking for. She then tells me after being there for 45 mins, that the girl/girls that does the designs is NOT in today.WELL I thought it would've been a smart idea for her to tell me that the first 5 mins of me being there rather than telling me at the end when I hated all the crappy designs.. NOT good business..... So I ended up having to go down the street to Galaxy Nails for them to finish the job!! For a first time client, it would've been ok if she said something right at first, I probably would've came back another day...now they lost out on a potential customer, that lives down the street, now I will only take my business elsewhere!!
