This was my first time going and I'm not sure about the negative reviews but I haven't had too much experience with this place to compare. I enjoyed my time. The lady I had was very nice as well as my friend's lady and everyone seemed really nice. I felt so relaxed and the environment made me more relaxed. This place is terrible. Live close by... but I won't be back. Nails look like s-, service -haaa (she asked me to pay and tip her before she even touched my nails). They did a terrible job, the dipping powder was poorly applied and my nails broke the next day. I went back to get them fixed and they didn't believe I was just there a few days ago although I provided my receipt. Terrible service, I feel the pictures says everything that needs to be said. I came to visit my mom in Grand Prairie and was looking for a good nail salon to get a pedicure.  I came across this place and decided on this one because the pictures on here looked decent-I wanted a nice relaxing environment. I used to never have a issue coming here. My last visit I was really disappointed with the lady I had. Polish chipped two days after having them and I felt like my pedicure was half fast. I went in yesterday to have my nails done again. I showed the lady the picture I wanted for the design and she said she could try and do that. I was trying to find the blue to go with the black and she was trying to get me to goto the chair. She said that she had it. So when it comes to putting the design on its not what I wanted she tried to put a horrible blue on that would not show on the black ( the black is on the wrong side) at this point I was just so annoyed I just let them do it they way they were doing it. I've only had a pedicure here once but I've tried several times but they lie to you every time about how long the wait is.  The guy upfront seems so nice and cordial but he's not telling the truth.  If he says 10 minutes - it's 30; 20 minutes is 45, etc.  The pedicure I did manage to get felt good at the time but the gel polish began to chip off after a week.  Too much to pay for the hype and hassle.  I see this appealing to maybe a bachelorette party where you don't care how long it takes or how much it costs - and you can get booze. I won't be back. The staff was nice, but my gel polish started peeling up from the base of my nail within less than a week. I went back to get it fixed, and they were happy to accommodate me. I had it fixed, but now it is peeling again (this time it lasted for only three days). I am assuming it is because they put the gel over my cuticle which causes the gel to peel once the nail grows out. I went here once for a manicure and once for my eyebrows, and they jut try to shove you out the door as quickly as they can... I wanted a simple manicure and when I walked away there were bubbles in my polish, the polish did NOT cover the entire surface of my nail, AND the second coat didn't actually go all the way over the first once... you could see right through it and it looked sooo messy. I Have ONLY Had One Incident With My Nails Here And They Fixed It For Free~ I ALWAYS go get my nails done (dipped) and my pedicures. I moved in a different area and STILL go all the way over to Cooper to get my nails done here! I LOVE IT And I Especially LOVE the fact they use the plastic in the pedicure bowls!! YASSS! Okay, so my sister raved about this place for months, so I finally went in. I got a simple dip manicure on my natural nail. I sat down, the nail tech left me there for about ten minutes and then came and said, "what do you want?" I replied, "excuse me?" And she snapped with, "to drink! What do you want to drink!?" I told her wine and she just walked off. She RUSHED through my dip manicure and didn't talk to me ONCE! After she did one nail she would grab my next finger super hard. She didn't massage my hands or rub my fingers like other salons when you get a manicure. It was not relaxing. She didn't put any lotion, cuticle oil or creams on my hands when she finished. My fingers were dry and cracking! The quality of the nails was okay but I've had better for cheaper. To top it off, when it came time to pay she pushed the receipt to me and didn't give me a pen. Honestly....mediocre. Polish was left on the skin and the nail tech sped through my gel manicure. Literally the fastest gel mani I've ever had - and not in a good way. Like an "on to the next one", not the relaxation I was expecting kind of way.
