First of all when I walked in nobody spoke then a lady finally asked what I was having done. I sat down for my full set and the lady made two of my fingers bleed she didn't cover my nail with the acrylic completely and she tried to convince me that my nails looked good. She also didn't cover the nail with nail polish completely. They didn't have all the colors they advertised and when I changed my color she watered the polish down right in front of me.WASTE OF MONEY! WTH!!!!! I just got an eyebrow wax and it's the most horrible job I've had. My eyebrows are relatively thin with a natural arch/curve. This woman literally waxed my brows STRAIGHT ACROSS! !!!! Slowest service in the metroplex. Don't waste your time or money. Came in on the day of my baby shower at 10:15 (they are the only shop open early) they claim to open at 10. There were 2 people already here but only one tech. They didn't see me until 11:45 and that's only because I complained and went back and forth with the manager after he told me it would be another 30 minutes after my hour and a half wait! Worst place to get any kind of service. They cut 2 of my toes, and drew blood. Then did a horrible job of painting gel polish on my hands. Then had the audacity to discount $2. By the time I got home the gel polish began to chip away. I was on my way to an event so I had no time to deal with these people further. Went back on Monday. They offered to repaint my nails. I have been coming here for 6 years (Florida) and I always I mean always walk out with Diva nails. Lucy is the best she always know how to put the right color together for designs. And she free lance every design. I refuse to have anyone else do my nails because I am very picky. Don't get overwhelmed because it's in a Walmart or a wait period. It is worth it. Read Less

This is the worse place I have even been and will not ever go there again!  There is no customer service!  There hot stone massage was awful!  The people who work there are absolutely rude to the point where the manicurist (term used loosely) wanted to argue over my nail as if I do not know the difference between gel nails and solar nails!  I got up paid for services rendered and left!  Also, I cannot forget to mention they tried to charge my credit card twice.  I had to call the bank the straighten that out!  Again, worse place ever!  Go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money!!
