Meh. Paid $30 for a meh pedicure. Hot towels and stones and oils were nice, the massage was okay but honestly I've gotten much better. The paint job was pretty sloppy. For $30 I expect my toenails to be perfect but she didn't do very well cleaning the polish off my skin. I took my boyfriend for his first pedicure and he had to wait a good ten minutes while the lady was ordering something over the phone. I have been going to this one nail tech for yrs. She is GREAT, but the lady managing the Salon is totally unprofessional!! She does NOT give good customer service, always seems to be in a BAD mood. Does not greet the customer. Overall her customer service is 0. Read Less

I took my girlfriend to a manicure and pedicure on her birthday. We were there for over 2 hours and there were only 3 other customers there. The color she picked out looked pink/coral color. But when they painted her nails it turned out looking orange. She asked if she could change the color and they refused. The lady got upset and refused to change it. She then said she would change it but she would charge us more. I asked her how much and she completely ignored me. My girlfriend went over to the pedicure area and they soaked her feet in the water. Before they even starting painting her toes she decided to leave because she felt so uncomfortable. The vibe in there was extremely uncomfortable. The lady got upset when my girlfriend asked her to stop. Out of nowhere while my gf is still in the chair she gets a nose bleed. She runs to the bathroom to wash up and in the process her nails got smudged because they hadn't fully dried. They refused to fix her nails even after that. They charged me $62 even though her toes were never done and her nails were ruined. I have no idea why I paid. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I felt so taken advantage of that I called my bank and disputed the transaction. I received a full refund within days and will never be back again. Worst experience ever Read Less

They Do wonderful nails here, I got a spa pedicure and full set and the pedicure was great they wrap your feet with the hot wraps and oil (thats no additional charge it comes with the pedi there) and they are sanitary, I went in on a Friday at 7:15 they were packed and closing at 8 but said to stay they would do my nails! my nails and toes look just how I wanted them too!!!
