Wonderful first-time experience. I am a no-frills kind of girl who likes to keep it simple. Nail tech "Marco" is a very polite gentleman, a word I rarely get to use anymore. Incapable of doing nails or admitting their mess. Waste of money and time. If you do end up going there, at least ask for Julie. I went back to redeem this review. I went out with 4 fingers bleeding. I’ve been going to this nail shop for about 3 or 4 months. My experiences were okay, until the last time. They couldn’t find the ombré powder to match my nails and I was going for a fill in. So, they found a color that was almost close but had glitter in it!!! I told the tech I didn’t want that and she said it’s the only one they have. I went a head and let her finish because at this point I was ready to go and frustrated. Then when it was time to pay they charged my card for 60$ for a fill and pedicure. *** update almost 4 years later. Sadly I don’t feel the same as my previous review. EVERYTHING has declined. The last few times have been awful. I just came in 6 days after a pedicure and paint due to multiple chippings, which has happened the last view times (using gel or regular polish) same results. The don’t acknowledge their mistakes anymore. I’m reading that Katie no longer owns this place. It SHOWS. I’ve come to the end of the road with this salon. Don’t waste your time. i am new to the area. and after trying several different salons within this vicinity i walked into this salon last friday and i LOVED it. they are VERY sanitary, all in all i will continue getting my services here. clean, calm, and welcoming salon! Went There For The 1st Time Yesterday. Spent $83 (Gave $5 Off My Pedicure). Gave A $2 Tip Because It Was My 1st Time Being There. I Was Offered A Drink Multiple Times (I Declined). The Pedicure Was Great. Wish It Could’ve Been Done Seperatly To Really Enjoy It. Overall Wait Time Was Okay. Price Is Ig Resonable. Time Spent There Was Great (Usually I Spend 2 Hours). 1. She didn't take off my old dip polish correctly 2. Instead she filed my entire nail until it was flimsy3. When I asked for extra coat they said no.4. It broke two days later.5. They always get me right! The only place I go. They charge 25.00 for just gel polish in addition to cost of acrylic nails which is a little ridiculous considering a whole bottle of it gel polish is 8.00 But it's worth it cause I always leave so satisfied Read Less

I always come back to this salon no matter how far away I am. I love the service and how well my nails hold up until it’s time for a fill. Very well maintained shop and very sanitary. I will not be back to this nail salon. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and waited about 20 minutes. There were more people here than I expected for a Friday afternoon. I wanted a simple manicure with clear nail polish and a gel polish pedicure. I don't get colors on my fingers because I hate when it chips or smudges before the polish dries. The lady did a good job on my cuticles. It took forever to do my gel toenail polish and she kept scraping her fingernail around the skin of my big toe to clean up the polish. I appreciate her trying to do my pedicure neatly, but she had hard gel fingernails and that crap hurt. She kept redoing my big toe and by the time she was finished I had been there an hour and half. When I got home my clear fingernail polish had already chipped and I noticed the big toe she kept redoing was lumpy and bumpy (she photo). I paid $70 plus tip to get my cuticles trimmed and get my toe scraped by a sharp nail! I know there are better priced nail salons with better service and techniques. Read Less

Go see May at Nail Concepts and you will regret going anywhere else after! May does an excellent job. I have really calloused feet and May is the first nail tech that has really gotten them smooth.Not only does Nail Concepts provide good service,but the salon is clean and May has the greatest personality!
