Got my lashes done and the lady that did tbem.was extremly rude. She was rolling her eyes and slamming things around. My lashes lasted a night. Got them done on a Friday evening for a wedding on a Saturday out of town and they fell off Saturday morning. They are closed on Sundays so I wasn't able to go back till Monday. When I did do back the owner questioned me on why it took so long for me to go back. I also told her about how rude her employee was and she made up excuses her. First she said she didnt understand what I wanted (it was the owner that told her what to do for me) then she said it was because she doesn't understand English. As an owner you would think this sort of rude behavior would not be allowed from her employees apparently her business image isnt not of that much importance. Read Less

I have been coming here for the past 20 years.  Based on my loyalty, I don't typically have to wait despite how busy they are. I'm usually taken directly to the chair and my services are begun. I've never had any complaints or issues with how my nails turned out. PSA: I have heard several people complain about the male owner's work. Recently, they have increased their prices. I understand inflation and don't mind minimal increases, but I don't see any upgrades that may have directly contributed to this. I assume they have had people walking out prior to paying for services lately. Last time I was there, a lady I'm unfamiliar with came and requested I pay while my toes were under the dryer. I didn't mind, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to go pay and then come back to the dryer. I've always paid right when I was about to leave. The clientele can be sketchy as well. INFECTION , INFECTION, INFECTIONOMG  where do I start. This was first and last time coming here.I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. First they have terrible customer service, they don't acknowledge that you are there they speak in there native language the WHOLE entire time. Which I usually don't mind but the whole time at least at other nail shops they at least try to acknowledge you as a customer . I had to come in twice. First time because the lady just threw some paint on my nails and thought that it was fine . I had to literally walk out before I cuss here out and came bk the next day and talk to the owner Cindy . I explained to her what happen she fixed it she was nice about she shaped my nails more and did my cuticles better.  Then after her " fixing " my nails two days later my pointer finger on my right hand started to swell and it was warm to touch  .I went bk showed the owner she was " like I don't know I never seen this before maybe it's a hangnail ". I told her no it's not I have never had a problem with hangnails before. I told her my nail is INFECTED . I want my money bk . She had the nerves to tell me "I can give you triple antibiotic " . I told her again this time I got loud with while people was in there . I told her YOUR SHOP GAVE ME INFECTION AND YOU NEED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BK. I guess because people was in there and I got loud she was like "ok I will give your money bk but I have to take of all your nails" I told her that's fine . Horrible experience. I went in for a manicure and the lady did not understand English but kept rushing me on. Nail polish was all over my skin and she thought that was ok? Crazy! No one helped me or offered to provide better service. Customer service sucked and I am mad that I still paid and why did she stand there like I was suppose to tip her...girl bye! Read Less

The only reason this place will even get one star is because you have to at least give one to leave a review. I just received the worst customer service at this location ever. I've been here several times when I've not had time to do my own. I've been doing nails well over 20 years so I happen to know a little about them. I first told the nail tech to file more because the top is discolored a little. All you have to do is file the top layer off but I could clearly still see gel and discoloration. She assured after she did the fill she would file more it would be gone. Ok well that's not what happened. The powders clearly weren't a match. She should have known this going into the service her powder wasn't as bright white or pigmented. I can see the purple monomer through the white giving it a purplish white appearance. They looked terrible without having to take the set off and start all over I asked them to just do a white gel polish over the top instead of clear. They wanted me to pay an extra $18 for that. Clearly I'm upset at this point already because I could have done my own and had a perfect outcome so I'm already paying for something I'm not happy with. I wasn't going to pay them $18 for something I can do for myself but it would have been a nice gesture on their part to do that for me since their product clearly was not a match and because she failed to file the top layer off as I'd asked. Apparently getting $18 more is way more important than keeping a client satisfied. I'd NEVER patronize this place ever again. They wanted to blame everything on anything else and not take responsibility for the service that was provided to me. I didn't even get the gel top coat that came with it. I now have to go home to either fix them or pay someone else to. I paid and left unsatisfied with my experience. This place needs a lesson in customer service. If all it was going to take to make me happy was a little white gel over this obvious disaster of a fill in then that's what they should have done. They care more about a few dollars than making their clients happy. To think I always send clients from my spa to this location I certainly hope none of them have experienced this type of poor customer service. I started coming here a few years back and loved the prices , the last time I went the lady hurt me a few times doing my nails, then when I asked how much it was going to be they told me a higher price then i normally pay. I told them I usually pay a certain amount and she tried telling me no it's always been this price. But before that time it was only a few weeks since I came. That's ridiculous. Read Less

I have short fingernails that are very hard to do. I have tried tons and tons of salons, from low end to upscale and Cindy at ld nails IS the best! First of all she can do a full set in less than 15 min. If you hate getting your nails done but have to because your hands look like Shrek, (raises my shrek hand) than its perfect! And get this it's only $15 for a set!!!! Also she does lash extensions for only $99, lash lounge is around $250 and she does them just as good. Cindy I believe is the owner of the shop Read Less
