My first visit to this location was on a Sunday around noon and was great! However this was my second visit and it was on a Friday at 5pm. I will never make that mistake again! My first nail tech is now on maternity leave so I was seen by NIKKI for my dip nail service. She blew through my service so fast! I can understand, with it becoming so busy shortly after I arrived, but she left one of my nails slanted and didnt reshape. Maybe she didn't hear me. I had the floor manager file the nail before I checked out. NIKKI also didnt use any type of oils or lotion on my skin after leaving my hands soaked in acetone when i removed my previous dip job. So when she ran off to get someone set up for my pedicure, my skin was left all kinds of dry and achy. Luckily I carry lotion in my purse!! I'm sure shes probably a great tech when she isn't pressed to get the next service going, but I will not be going here during rush hours again. Wife’s review: I just got my nails done and I've never wanted to write a review about someone so badly. Mulan was AMAZING. She was so down to earth and went above and beyond for me. She removed all my in grown toe nails and cut away all my dead skin to the T. Didn't cut corners or rush at all! I will never go back after spending over two hours to get a mani/pedi that didn’t even last me a full week. The tech ended up redoing a few nails while I was there because she messed up and then I go to pay and find out the charges were much more than I had anticipated paying. I been going to Lee and Yen ever since they where at Elite Nail Spa however lately I have been having issue after issue and I’m fed up . Yesterday I went in to get my nails and feet done . After I got my nails done I had a set appointment with a nail tech by the name of HUEY. Each time he is placed to do my feet he complains and I have really nice feet however he cuts my big toe down to low each time and complains when I ask him to get my hang nail and yesterday when I tell y...ou it was the last straw it was the straw . I asked him for a color (pink) he said your toe nail to dark I said no it’s not then I asked him can you please clip my hang nail he said “NO” that’s not apart of his job I said yes it is because I’m paying for it and I tip you every time I come in here he said “WHATEVER “ and after that little altercation I just got up and paid for my nails because no one will ever disrespect me in front of people like that and think they will get any dime of my hard earned money . I have been going here for a while. My regular tech is Kyle that sits at the first station. He had been doing a good job until I noticed a change my last few visits. Not only in his customer service but the work as well. I like my nails nice and expect to get my worth plus I tip well. This visit was the last time for me. I got a fill, repair and gel polish. No designs nothing fancy. My service was rushed which I,ve noticed more and more on each visit. I guess to save time he decided to sculpt my repair instead of adding tips. Horrible idea. Then there were things I felt needed corrected; some nails were too thick, misshaped, uneven sides. Not to mention my natural nails have grown out but he repeatedly destroys them by drilling them too thin. He became frustrated with my concerns. At the completion of service he advised me to go to a different nail tech because he is not good with long nails. Really? No thank you, I will not be returning. Businesses need to get back to good customer service. At this point I cannot recommend Kyle at Eva Nails. Maybe try your luck on some of the others or just go somewhere you're valued as a customer. My daughter and I went here for a pedicure. We got in really fast. They have a great drink selection. Wine, water, soda. The massaging chairs are comfy and you program them yourself. I got the got stone which advertises a 12 min massage. Sure enough, she had a timer, and massaged the whole 12 mins. You can tell they are big on details. I think it’s over priced.... had the Candle Light pedicure and had the dip nails. Did not appreciate paying 70$ then on top of that another $20 for gel polish on my toes! Had dip nails done, little to thick for my liking. Nail tech was nice enough, as soon as she was done hurried me to checkout desk. $142....later... So as I’m from out of town, doubt seriously I will ever return to this salon. I visit quite often to see my sisters so we shall move on to somewhere else. I’m not from the Arlington area and I really wanted to get my nails done, so I looked around and saw that this place has good reviews on it so I decided to check it out. Donna was the one who did my nails and she is amazing and so nice!! I loved her service, she did an excellent job doing my nails! I decided to find a new nail shop because I was tired of spending a lot of money at Foxy Nails and not feeling valued as a customer. I saw several positive reviews for this location and a woman named Jenny was constantly mentioned. I booked with Jenny and was in her chair within 15 minutes of arriving. I loved how she was able to do my nails, pedicure and wax and i was not bounced around to different techs. I was treated like royalty by Jenny for 2 hours and it felt amazing!Read Less

Apparently not all of the nail technicians can do french dip. Would not have been an issue if I had known that before I had my toes done in a french manicure. So now my toes are french and my nails are solid color. $140 later for my daughter and I, and neither of us got what we wanted. Too long to wait, too expensive. Was going to vaca to st.Lucia so I went in to do my nails and pedi. I'm a biter, so I needed 4 nails to be added. .they said gel would be best. It's so pretty in here, the decor looks great, and it's very clean in here. Everything is sanitary as well which is a big plus in my book! They use individual packaged items for each service so you don't have to worry about using the same sponge or scrub from a previous client. Moving onto the services I got...I forgot the name of my technician (I'm sorry! I swear I'll update this review when her name finally hits me), but anyways.. she was incredibly sweet and so nice. For my pedi I got a gel French and it looked fantastic. Some places make the white part too thick but my tech did a great job on getting it proportionate and natural looking which is just what I wanted. For my mani I got a full solar set with 3D art and it looked EXCELLENT. My nail art hasn't been prettier!!!--- nail art is an additional charge but it wasn't for nothing. The money I put down was well worth it and my current nails have honestly raised the bar!I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks and I highly recommend this salon to others. Read Less
