I truly wish that I could give them zero stars. My nail service was horrible! The lady was rude and doesn’t know how to polish nails to save her life. I walked in with my boyfriend wanting to take him out for a nice pedicure and manicure for his birthday the receptionist did not greet us at all but rudely tapped on a clipboard and made us fill it out. I was on edge with the place but let it go since a lot of my friends recommended the place. We sat down for a good 10 minutes not one person greeted us, I understand they were kind of busy but at least give me a " Hello " or time estimation so, me and my boyfriend sat there waiting. Still no one said a word to us, I told my boyfriend to get up and let's leave since they didn't want our money we'll take it elsewhere and once I stood up and headed towards the door the receptionist then wanted to say something but at that point I was over it and wanted to just go somewhere else. I love this place.... yet today was my worse experience EVER. I don't remember the lady that did my nails name but she had the WORST attitude when I complained about the nails IM paying for. Extremely rude & horrible customer service, they just want you in and out. Overpriced!!! Their nail work is a 1 on a scale of 1-10. I've been here 3 times and will never be coming back. I just went in for a fill for French tip nails, and I left with all my nails taken off because "I need to let my nails breath." I've only been getting my nails done since December. I came here because it is close to my work place and I desperately needed a pedicure. I was seated quickly as they were not busy on a Wednesday early afternoon however my nail tech was pretty rough when cleaning out my feet...nothing too crazy, I just am very sensitive when it comes to my feet. HORRIBLE PLACE! One of the worst places I have ever been! Kim (Nail Tech) who had been taking care of me for almost a month got upset with me because on my last visit I simply said to her, "I didn't like the shape of my nails" after she was done! Mind you this is something I am paying for, something I specifically asked for and instead of getting a warm response, she made a scene in front of everyone. She begin to get very upset and loud. Several co workers had to come over and calm her down. And many other clients came over to make sure that after I was okay. Before even fixing the problem (when it was a simple fix) all she offered was to give me my money back which I didn't want, I only wanted my nails done right and great service!!! So I allowed her to go over and fix my nails even though I could tell she didn't, (she had a very hideous ugly look on her face and didn't talk for the rest of the appointment) I also believed she purposely filed my whole cuticle away (shown in pictures below). I left the nail salon with a bloody nail, red polish from my last appointment under my nail and dissatisfaction from the HORRIBLE SERVICE I received. This place is great if you get the right person! The first time I went I got Tracy, who was very sweet and did a great job on my nails. Then the next time, I got Vinny, and he did them exactly how I asked, but seemed to have a bit of an attitude and wouldn't give me the student discount because I was in cosmetology school and he said that didn't count. The first time I was here, I wanted a full dipset and a pedicure. The nail tech had me remove my own set. He then only did two coats of dip and did not shape my nails. He left them shaped as they were. I am back again because three of the nails broke in less than a week. My sets normally last 4 weeks. I was sitting with a tech but have been moved back to the waiting area because I requested that they wrap my nails instead of making me remove their work myself. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this location for dip sets.Update: they put the wrong color on. Apparently there's more than one "81" in dipset powders. When I pointed out that it was the wrong color.... she told me the new color would fade to the original color . Negative. after using for several months I will no more ! 1. Last time I was there was the fiasco with the employees fighting . Management allowed the arguing to continue for 20 minutes, and both employees were allowed to continue working . 2. Today a girl came in behind me, needed repair on a nail that had become loose after only being on a few days. Management did not stand behind the employees work, the girl was told she would have to pay for the repair since the employee that did the  substandard work was not there. 3. Disappointed..... I came here for the first time with my 22 year old, 18 year old, and 9 yr old daughters. We made a nail appointment for 2 of us the day before, for 9am the next day (Saturday). We arrived at 9am the day of our appointment and they didn't have anyone at the location for us, and kept asking if we wanted a pedicure. My 9 year old wanted a kids pedi so I said ok, and decided to get one while I waited for the nail tech to arrive. Nail techs arrived after 930 and several customers were already waiting for services at the front. The nail tech, Kim, did my pedicure and my nails. She spoke very little English and I couldn't understand her while she did my hands but somehow I ended up being charged 45 for artificial nails that I said no I don't want extra - just the 25 artificial set. When she asked me why not I said because its $45! and she shrugged and indicated ok, but she charged me the 45 anyway. She even made me bleed on 3 of my nails! She apologized but she'd already cut my skin away. They hurt today, a day later. As I went to pay at the front, I asked for her name and she wrote it on a frequent customer card. When I asked her to stamp my frequent use then for spending over $15 (I spent $103!!), she said no, I had to give those out to my friends and handed me several...what the heck?? I paid but left unhappy and wont be coming back. As I was signing the credit card slip (I was in there til after 11am), a woman behind me had an outburst asking why the hell did she need to come back at 2pm if she had an appointment scheduled at 11am. she was irate and upset, rightfully so - who books a person to come in for an appointment only to tell them to come back at 2?? Hannah is AMAZING! I am new to the area but when I first moved here, I tried another salon. I was so turned off by my experience there, I knew I needed to find somewhere new. I had an issue with a broken toe nail (big right toe :( ) and was afraid to go anywhere for awhile. I finally decided to treat myself last Thursday night. I went to this place because it's right by my house. I stopped a woman who was leaving as I was pulling up and asked her for her opinion before I went inside. She immediately spoke highly of the place. So I decided to give it a try! The place itself is nice; beautiful decorations, packed (which is actually a good sign) and clean. I explained to Hannah the situation with my toe nail, and she immediately began taking care of me. I paid for the Aloe pedicure ($55) and sat in heaven for the next hour. I felt bad because I had come in about 30 minutes before closing, but I had no idea the time they took in giving the pedicure. I kept apologizing to Hannah, but she said it was absolutely okay. Her professionalism, her attentiveness, and her quality of service is NEXT LEVEL. I will always go to her in the future! I absolutely give this place 5 stars because they care about making sure you are pampered and taken care of. It's a little pricey, but if you're treating yourself, it's absolutely worth it. Came here on a whim and was in need to get my nails fixed after going somewhere else and having them done. They're very busy on weekends and the wait time was a bit ridic. But it's the weekend so was expected. Julie, my tech did a great job on my nails! She really took the time and listened to what I wanted! This place is nice and the presentation is "fancy" but the quality of work for the price you pay kills it.The spa pedicures starts at $55. Presentation is pretty. The nail technician brings out a tray with a flower vase and all the items needed for whatever pedicure you select. Pretty relaxing and you do get the paraffin wax and hot stone massage. I also got the dip nail. My new favorite thing to get. Got them a few times already and loved the fact that my nails actually grow without breaking and it's stronger versus doing acrylics or gel and etc. and they're so easy to remove and they don't have to really use the drill. But my dip experience at this place was not the case. Not even a day later a piece of the dip chipped off. And when I really inspect it after the chip, I noticed that my nails weren't fully coated. Super disappointed considering this place charges $45 for dip when other places only charge $30-$35. Not even a week later and I have chips on most of my nails when they usually last on my nails 3 weeks still looking nice.I won't be coming back.
