I LOVED this place, went every 3 weeks to get my nails done. Well, evidently they have recently changed all of the nail workers. I loved Henry, Mimi and the others, I went 2 weeks ago to have my nails done (filled & the gel color) a new guy did my nails. He proceeded to tell me he could care less if I came back to him, he only wants repeat customers if he can learn something from them, the younger and older groups (I am in the middle). I kept having to prompt him to even out my nails they were so lopsided and then within 3 days my nail broke and the color was chipping off (this has NEVER happened to me with the gel)! I will probably never patronize this nail place again because he treated me like he could care less and it's a $40 every 3 week expense I pay out. I will spend my money where I at least feel appreciated, you don't have to like me but at least ACT like you appreciate the business instead of pretty much saying I was dumb and couldn't "teach" him anything while doing a terrible job on my nails :( SAD!

I was just there (03/29/18) and I have had the worst experience I have ever had today. I’ve been getting my nails done for 17 years and I’ve never left a nail salon in tears. None of my nails are straight, the same size and two are really crooked. They are not the shape I asked for. Not even close. She was rude and so rough, at one point, I accidentally jerked back my hand in pain. My nails have ridges and the color is splotchy. There was next to no shaping done after the acrylic was applied. Three times she straight up ignored me even though I had repeated myself several times. I will never be back. I’ve had a few bad experiences, but I’ve never left a place in tears.

Oh my goodness! The past two times I’ve came to Deluxe Tony has had my nails looking and feeling wonderful! As indecisive as i am Tony was so patient and gentle! Loved it!

The first time and last time I will try this nail salon I showed the nail tech what I wanted and my nails came out nothing like the picture and the quality of my nails were not good some of my nails Are uneven I got the coffin cut and also they are off!!! I also paid more then I regularly do at other salons so not worth it!

Although I am not a regular customer here, I have been very happy with my nails the last two times I was there. A new tech named Tom did an amazing job on a pink and white acrylic nail application! This place is not busy and it’s not the cleanest either. They could make a lot of improvements but if you want a great set of nails, ask for Tom!

On Monday 11/06/17 The first time I went to this place and they put my nails as if I was not going to pay, the worst that the one that put them on me hurt me a lot, even I bring a finger with it is very rough and they do not even ask if we like the result since I had to be telling you a few details. For 50 dollars he did a bad job!!

The floors, waxing room and bathroom are dirty. This place is a complete mess. The worst mani-pedi I've ever had. It hasn't even been 2 days and my pedicure has chipped in 3 places. And my gel is so sloppy at the cuticles I'm going to have to get it fixed somewhere else. The technique is non existent! They down their price to cover their bad skills and their bad services. Mimi is the best! I always see her for any waxing, pedicures, or acrylics. I suppose I'm really picky, I've visited several nail salons in the area and have never been really pleased but deluxe nails is the place to go in Andrews if you want quality. My nails are always perfect, she does great nail art and the best acrylic work I've had in west Texas.

I LOVED this place, went every 3 weeks to get my nails done. Well, evidently they have recently changed all of the nail workers. I loved Henry, Mimi and the others, I went 2 weeks ago to have my nails done (filled & the gel color) a new guy did my nails. He proceeded to tell me he could care less if I came back to him, he only wants repeat customers if he can learn something from them, the younger and older groups (I am in the middle). I was just there (03/29/18) and I have had the worst experience I have ever had today. I’ve been getting my nails done for 17 years and I’ve never left a nail salon in tears. Although I am not a regular customer here, I have been very happy with my nails the last two times I was there. A new tech named Tom did an amazing job on a pink and white acrylic nail application! Mimi is the best! I always see her for any waxing, pedicures, or acrylics. I suppose I'm really picky, I've visited several nail salons in the area and have never been really pleased but deluxe nails is the place to go in Andrews if you want quality. My nails are always perfect, she does great nail art and the best acrylic work I've had in west Texas.
