My daughter & I went for a relaxing pedi before she has her baby (grandbaby #2). We both got the serenity special. Best thing ever! We had so much fun! They joked with us, made sure we had something to drink and did a great job!!!! It was soooo relaxing! I can't believe I was even charged for the service I received today! I have never been so mad or disappointed after getting my nails done! Under the new ownership and staff is has gone downhill. I will not be returning! I was not allowed to wash my hands between the filing and polishing and left with acetone and cotton fuzz all over my fingers, not to mention the bubbles in my polish. I'm extremely disappointed and I could not wait to get out of there and file my own nails! **Customers of Tina and Paul, beware, because you will not get the service as before. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! NEW OWNERS & STAFF ARE AWFUL!!! After coming here for the past two years I will not be back. The last time my pedicure came out completely messed up. And my fingers were cut three times. The tech did not seem to want to take her time removing the gel on my natural nails. The second time I kept insisting that the dip was chunky and needed fixing. Finally another nail tech fixed them. This was after I said I wanted the delux mani pedi combo for $55. To my surprise I’m charged over $90 at the counter. Then they proceed to get into an argument with me about pricing. And they can’t even keep their stories straight. It was “$2” cheaper. So she just hands me $2 after charging my card. Maybe they have plenty of customers that they forget to respond to me via their Facebook friend page but I have asked them their prices over a 5 day period and still haven't have any decent responds. However they respond to ever other inquirer. There are plenty of other salons in Amarillo that are amazing and can offer powder nails & fancy designs and on top of they value their customer and make them feel like a human rather than just someone as a money maker.
