The only thing they got right was the color and the length on my nails when I went in to get a fill. They didn't even take their time doing my nails so it felt like they where trying to rush me out. I was in there last week and had shellac put on my nails looked great at that moment then less than a week later in the they started to peel. Today I went to have them taken off and get a regular French manicure. The tech kept having to redo it because they looked horrible!! She even had to ask the other tech for help. My pedicure was just lovely... the water was perfectly warm, and my nail tech took his time, but it didn't take too long which was good because I was on a time crunch. My manicure on the other hand... I asked for my manicure to be done simultaneously. At first I was told no; it wouldn't take that long. So then I said never mind because I wouldn't have time. So then the manager (I'm assuming he's the manager... I didn't delve into everyone's position) reluctantly said he would do it. I assume (I know.. assuming makes a ......) he didn't want to miss out on the money. I LOVE this place I will only ever go here. My sister and I went in 30 minutes before they closed and they still took over an hour on each of us. After that time this has been our go to place. They always make us feel important and and are extremely friendly and professional. Ty is amazing, and their work is just great, we always leave here extremely happy. I highly recommend. Three stars at best. I made an appointment and arrived on time. The business was spacious and seem to be clean. The manager was friendly but... The pedicure was probably a four. There were a couple of smudges when I got home but I was able to clean those up easily. The lady that did the pedicure did a great leg massage. But the manicure was two stars at best. When I arrived I mentioned my cuticles were very dry and needed a lot of work. The young girl did the soaking cuticle work and filing in about five minutes. When I asked her to please recheck the cuticles she snipped a little on each of my index fingers and she was done. She did not clean underneath the nails or my fingers at all. So the finished product was still dirty looking fingernails and raggedy cuticles. However, I would give five stars to the neck rub that they give while your Polish is drying. I use to love this place and it seems like they went down hill lately. My husband and I went in for pedicures and to get my nails done and I was very unhappy with the way my nails turned out. I had to have them try to fix it but I just felt like no one cared; they just did the bare minimum and moved on. I spent a lot of money and would expect that someone at least act like they care. I come here all of the time. I love it! Great service especially for the price. If you come during busy hours you won't necessarily feel like you're number one because making sure every guest is taken care of is a priority to them. If you have any issues, talk to Paul. I'm new to town and needed to find a good salon. This was near my new place and had some good reviews on Yelp so I decided to come in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. First things first. When I got there for my appointment I was brought to the back to get my eyebrows done. The chair itself was filthy. I have long hair which ended up sticking to the chair from old wax that had apparently never been cleaned off. After he was done waxing my eyebrows he showed me how they looked in the mirror. They were lopsided!!!! I was too horrified to even say anything. After the eyebrow fiasco I decided to splurge and opted for the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax. Surely a nice long leg massage would make me feel better? Nope. He was too busy watching TV to actually pay attention to what he should be doing.This is the first time Yelp has ever let me down. I am absolutely horrified at how bad my finger nails look. When I first came in the shop was well lit and smelled nice and was obviously very clean. I felt so hopeful about this visit since it was my first time at this salon. I picked out a polish and a man grabbed it from me and told me to sit in a chair. After my sister and I were seated I had one woman work on my pedicure and another on my manicure. The manicure was horrendous. She filed so harshly and left my nails lookin...g tattered- so I asked her to reshape them and then reshape them again which still left them uneven and torn. After that fiasco they discovered they had lost the nail polish I wanted and kept pulling different polish colors that were nothing like the original. When there was a stopping point in my pedicure I had to find a totally different polish that I ended up hating. My cuticles are totally flooded with polish and the glitter topcoat is incredibly uneven. I am honestly crying because my nails look so bad. The only reason why this didn't get 1 star is because my pedicure was absolutely fantastic. My pedicure tech very carefully shaped my nails and gave an incredible massage. I will never go back to this place. I have been coming here since they opened and within the last year they have completely made me mad. Their punch card to get a $20 off is a joke. It's more hassle than it's worth. Yesterday, after paying $70, my boyfriends daughter and I had to come home and clean underneath our toe nails because they didn't clean either of ours during our pedicures. Last time I didn't like how my nails turned out and they were completely rude to me about fixing them but I thought I'd give them another try because I had liked them so much in the past. My first time here was last week for a shellac mani, with my Christmas gift certificate, and it was amazing! The guy did a great job of making sure I was happy with the number of coats and to not make the deep purple I chose transparent at all. He then asked if I wanted paraffin wax on my hands, I said sure! :) while my hands soaked in the warm wax, he rubbed my shoulders and neck! Ty was who I was seated by and he did the most amazing job of accommodating me and my very weary of pedicures boyfriend. He told us all we needed to know about the different types of pedicures and massages. Let me shorten this up by saying ASK FOR TY, HE IS AMAZING, NICE AND TALKS TO YOU AND MAKES YOU FEEL VERY WELCOME, COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED. My boyfriend decided to go with the foot massage, 30 minutes for $25! I got the $30 paraffin pedicure and subbed the hot stones for the wax at no extra cost! This. Place. Is. Amazing. I am originally from Houston, and I'd drive 10 hours from there to this place any day just to get the pedicures here. I've gotten their "Texas" or "Texan" pedicure many times, totally wonderful. My toes looked so good! They massage your back while your toes dry too! I got solar nails as well- very pretty.
