Didn't think was as good as before. The lady that did my daughter toes was in a hurry, didn't want to do the pedicures we had asked about "too messy", and she skipped steps in the pedicure because she had an "appointment waiting" not cool! We are paying customers just like the others! The gentleman who did my toes was good but would like more massage, not just applying lotion! I got a gift certificate for a mani/pedi and decided to get a full set instead of just a mani. I told the lady I didn't want solar but she did it anyway and the only bad thing i have to say is the price, but she did an amazing job and so far i am happy with them. I tend to stay away from solar bc they lift on me really badly. Hopefully these don't! My daughter and i both got pedicures and it was great but they didn't do everything on my 6yo like they do adults so I wasn't thr...illed about the price tag. We will absolutely be back though!! My daughter and I went in yesterday because our normal place wasn't taking appointments which was fine, but we decided to make an appointment at OP (which we had never tried) because we had A LOT to do but my baby needed Easter nails. That places appointment keeping and customer service/appreciation is another story. We LOVED Deluxe! We LOVED Jackie, her husband (his name escapes me) and Kaylee. I went in for the first time today and absolutely love this place! I travel all over the country and I am so impressed with the energy and customer service. I loved that I was able to just relax and enjoy a drink while getting pampered. Eight of us girls went in to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday, my granddaughter's 4th birthday and my niece's 23rd birthday. It was my granddaughter's first pedi and Ethan was so sweet and treated her like a princess. Jackie, Mom, Old Man Mike, Malone, Ivy, Tina and others catered to all of us and made us very comfortable. Being new to the area I tried this salon because they accepted walk ins. I was addressed immediately from across the salon. Which was fine as everyone was busy. However, when the lady doing my pedicure came over she kept checking her phone and actually made a phone call while doing a service I was paying for. She also didn't speak to me she spoke with other co-workers in their native language which I consider extremely rude. I will not be back nor recommend to anyone! Read Less

This is the absolute BEST place in town to get your nails done! I love all the people here. Not only do they do an awesome job but everyone is so nice and friendly. They serve wine and margaritas and have a ton of pedicure chairs. They also have pedicure chairs for kids! Their application, quality of work, and art work is top notch!!! I love it here! Read Less

Decided to try this place as the reviews looked ok. First of all, not clean. Way overpriced - $58 for a shellac mani and eyebrow wax. Last (and worst) is I completely broke out from the wax. The ONLY place I go for my nails.  I am super picky & they always do them exactly the way I prefer them.  John & Jackie are the owners & I've been with them for ages!  Don't trust your nails to anyone else!   John always does exceptional on my nails.  Melissa is my favorite for shellac pedicures.  Top notch, all around. Will NOT ever use Deluxe Nails again!!!!!! NEVER!!  Had 12:00 appointment and did not even get seated in a chair until 12:45, then still WAITED TO GET STARTED!!! My friend also had a 12:00 appointment, she got seated at 1:30-- REALLY!! Made us both VERY LATE for 2:00 hair appointments!! The nails are just OK- nothing special!!!  They have no respect for others time!!! I could understand waiting if I did not have an appointment,  but I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT!! So done with them!!! Great place! Very clean and friendly. Husband and wife own and whole family works there. They really care about your experience. Three of us went and all got mani/pedi. I got solar nails and they are great!! John did them. They are a little more expensive than some buy worth the money. Tons of colors and styles to choose from.
