I was skiddish at first but now that I went I absolutely love it. I told them my feet are super sensitive and I have two toes that are ingrown and normally a pedicure is painful nor here I didn't feel it. Also she was super sweet and laughimg with me when I twitched. My nails lasted two months and I'm a waitress and a mother of two boys and the nails was superb. Ill definitely be back again and again. I will NEVER go here again. I asked for coffin shaped nails and she made them longer than what I asked after telling her twice they were to long but she took it upon herself what looked better. Then made them so narrow they were pointy and would not fix them after I pointed it out that it did not look how I asked. Also the tip must be included in the price bc they are WAY over priced and make sure you ask how much any detail is bc they charge extra for just about EVERYTHING. Horrible Read Less

I usually go to this place to get my nails done regularly but never again will I go back there. I was rushed to pick a color and when I showed an employee what I wanted she was suggesting me colors I wasn't going for at all and another snickered and laughed. Then when I sat down the woman cut me about 5 times I was calm and I told her I changed my mind and just to do the removal. I will never go here again! Paid $62 dollars for a pedicure, manicure, and what they call threading. I was never offer anything to drink. It was rushed ....granted I came in at 7 but I did ask if I should come back another time and they assured me that they could see me with no problem. No massage with my manicure and only soaked one of my hands. Shredded the top of finger nails. Nail polish bubbled and parts of my finger nail has no polish at all. The lady that did my pedicure kept getting up and helping other customers so the lotion dried on my legs. The lotion actually peeled off. As far as the threading goes ...my eyebrows are destroyed. I was at this salon recently and had the worst pedicure experience EVER! My sister and I went together. We were not offered any drinks even though other people where offered a refreshment. My massage chair did not work, the worker rushed through the service skipping steps like grading my feet and barely massaged my feet. My sisters nail polish started coming off her toes the next day. They did her finger nails and feet at the same time leaving her sitting in a awkward position and uncomfortable. Not very relaxing. I also paid extra for her to have a mineral soak and that was not added but I was charged for it. And the front desk girl was facetiming while she was checking was out. Very unprofessional. Great nail salon services, competitive prices and the staff is great, really attentive to one's needs! My daughter and I have been going there for a while. Mimi (the owner) is very sweet, attentive and hospitable. Ladies and gentlemen out there, I'm sure we all suffered from an ingrown toe nails or a bunions!
