I have gone here for several years. It's not as close as many other place to where I live but it's definitely my favorite. They are always pleasant and do a great job. The place is clean. Came here for the first time last week, and I was impressed! Service was quick and efficient, but not rushed. Simon did my Nexgen nails, and was very friendly and made sure to ask if i was okay, and if I liked the length/shape etc. The place was nice and clean too. The only one downside is that the color I ended up with did not look much like it did on the example swatch. I thought I had picked a pale, light pink, but ended up with a bright, bubblegum pink. Not sure if the swatch had just faded over time, or if it was just done with less layers of the dip powder? Either way, my nails themselves look great, and I plan to come back here! Read Less

I go to Thu (I think her American name  is Amy).  Aside from the fact that her parents like mine have good taste in names....Thu is fantastic!After relocating here, it took me 1.5 years to find the right nail person!  I only do pedicures and manicures so I'm extremely picky about cuticle cutting and shaping.  Every single place I tried up until this point just doesn't know how to do it right.  What's especially important is that...well, I have nail technician abandonment issues.  My first nail love I was with her for 10 years, and out of nowhere she disappeared without a word.  My next love, well call it commitment issues but I abandoned her and left for Texas.  Thu...she's here to stay!  I even checked with her to get an idea of her long term plans and she doesn't plan on leaving anytime soon.  She's been with Sabrina for 13 years!  That's tenure companies dream about! This is seriously the worst nail salon in Allen!!!I don't do walk ins because I like to know who is going to be doing my nails and pedicure, but scheduling an appointment at this place is a huge mistake. They have no respect whatsoever of your time; being rude to their customers comers very easy to the owner. Extremely hectic and no chance of relaxation. Loved this place! Got my nails done by Tony, and he took his time and asked me if I liked it repeatedly. I got NextGen and I'm really indecisive about color, but the main desk guy was very patient with me and they offer SO many colors! Was so hard to chose from but he was patient and offered more colors and helped me. It's smooth and not chunky and my nails look so natural. They offer student discount - even college. Went here before my wedding and had an amazing experience! The gel manicure came out fabulously and the pedicure was very relaxing. The owner saw the colors I had picked and very gracefully suggested a different color that would go better with my skin tone. They get 2 stars only because they did a decent job on my nails. But he did make some bleed. The problem was when I went to pay. I came here because I had a coupon on the back of a Kroger receipt. He charged me $35 (the price for nexgen with tips) but wouldn't accept the coupon because the guy didn't actually use tips. But charged me for it!!! This place is a joke. All the workers were very nice and did a pretty good job. There was a little misunderstanding with the price, and when I went to ask for clarification on what I was being charged for, the manager came out and yelled at me and my sister and "recommended" that we go to a place that we could afford. I went here solely based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. Simon did my nails and he did a great job. He was very nice and personable. He gave me exactly what I asked for and didn't annoyed by my requests, which can often happen. If you're looking for a place to get nexgen done, they do a great job and it is very reasonable priced. He did a soak off, then two different colors on my medium length nails and it was only $35. If you are looking for all the chrome/holo/marble new trends, this isn't the place - I'm pretty sure they don't have those things. But for average needs, this place is incredible. Also very clean. I love Sabrina Nails! The owner Tom is so kind and patient with me when picking a color for my gel nails! I can be really indecisive sometimes!
