I have been going to Nail Lounge since they opened. I have been a loyal customer with one nail technician. I complained once to the owner on a bad pedicure and it was immediately remedied. I have never had an issue with my nail technician until recently. Today was the final straw and I will not return. I reached out to the owner to handle and he avoided the situation altogether. Tuan, nail technician, was arrogant, cocky, and blatantly rude to me today. This behavior led to poor service and cutting me. I had to come home and clean out the back of my nails as he did not clean out the powder behind my nails. My cuticle was bleeding when I left. Tuan was angry because I was finishing up a phone call when I entered the salon. He took out his head phones and said "I'm not listening to this sh--." He cut me while dancing to music on his phone. He did not apologize or make any attempt to clean up the blood. He poured alcohol on it which caused it to burn. He said two words during the hour visit- "two minutes." This was while waiting for the gel to dry. When checking out there was no thank you or acknowledgement my nails were done, he walked away with my hands filthy with powder, told the front desk to check me out, he wasn't talking to me. I immediately requested to speak to the owner. I have never been treated with such arrogance in the service industry. It is simply not acceptable. My nails will need to be redone. He did such a poor job they are not even, nails are slanted, are thick in the back, can see stripes in the mail bed. I was cut on three separate nails. My hands hurt behind my nails. I have never had this type of experience. I asked the owner to go back and ask him what I did to make Tuan so angry he took it on me and my hands. I simply did not realize I was not permitted to finish up literally a five minute phone call. The last few times I have been in the shop he has chastised me and told me I was not permitted to touch my phone but he answers his Ring doorbell and his mother's phone calls. He refuses to provide services to clients. I've personally heard him do it. I've heard the other technicians discuss the fact he refuses to provide certain services. They are all aware of the it. I'm just floored an establishment that is geared toward providing a service to client allows this type of behavior out of an employee. I'm shocked he was even permitted to have wireless headphones and music when he using equipment that could potentially cut a customer, which he did. He openly cussed at me, not appreciated. I paid $40 to have to go pay someone else another $40 to do them again. I am so embarrassed that I was put in a position to have this conversation with the owner at the front desk. There was no resolution offered. I guess loyal customers simply aren't appreciated. Six days later and I'm still bleeding with pictures to prove and my nails peeling from the backside making them loose. I paid $40 6 days ago and they are loose and will require them to be to redone. I called the salon and politely explained the situation again. I requested a call back from the owner after the male owner offered no resolution other than I'm sorry on the day it occurred. Had my nails done here last week! I did the dip powder , it was my third time here. I usually go to a salon by my work in uptown but come here when I’m home in Allen. The lady was very unpatient with taking my nails off .I had to ask for her to put the Cotten things instead of just filing my nail tops away with the machine. She kept checking them every few seconds. At the end they looked fine but not nice at all. I just left and promised my self I wouldn’t go back. What really upset me was I had a nail come off. I have never had a dip powder nail just come right off. I really think it’s because she didn’t clean/take off my previous ones off correctly and there was still left over underneath. Read Less

Jessica did my pedicure. Hot rock were not warm. I thought polish was okay till I got outside and put my glasses on. I had polish on the skin around the toe nails, big toes weren't even painted on sides. I can do a better job at home. When I told the girl at the desk she said to come back tomorrow as the were busy and fixing to close. I had heard wonderful things about the nail place. Guess I got a new person or a bad one.
