I went in right after it opened last week hoping that I’d be first and would have no worries about waiting for a tech. While I didn’t have to wait, the tools were not in sterilized packaging, and the polishes are old. I should have left when I saw that the tools weren’t in individual packaging... but I didn’t. Apparently their ‘basic’ pedicure, means you only get a foot soak for about a minute in scalding water, nails trimmed, and then poorly painted. Every other place I’ve been to at least files the nails neatly and gets rid of excess calluses for the basic. I could have done a better job myself. I won’t be back. Read Less

Go see Kay! She is fantastic, does a great job and I always leave happy! Ive been going to her for years and have never had a bad experience. I txt her to book my appointments and she is always prompt getting back to me and does her best to work with my crazy schedule even though she's typically booked! I always get a great pedicure here! Yesterday, one of the nail techs took the time to do a Halloween design for me, even though she was already booked. She fit me in to do the design after another tech did the pedicure. I won't go anywhere else for a pedicure! Read Less

As stated many time before, the customer service is nonexistent. Originally went in for a mani/pedi, but quickly decided on just a pedicure based on their lack of care because I immediately knew it wouldn't work out in my favor. Instead of manicure, I did decide to get my Nexgen soaked off. I was given a bowl of acetone and told to rub it off myself. Why should I pay you for nail removal when I'm doing it myself! I'll pass on ever stepping foot back in this shop. And the gnats are real, at least during my visit. No thanks! Read Less

I felt very nickel and dimed by this place. The smile lines on my nails were very unstraight and curved at angles. Everything had an additional price that other locations under the same name do not do. I additionally do not need or want to hear how othed employees are late and others have to cover their shift due to a religious obligation. It was very unappealing how I was prvy to that information and it left a bad taste in my mouth about how information is perceived by a locations employees. Please keep that kind if bad mouthing conversation to the back room because consumers do not need to know the drama of the workplace. Read Less

Worst manicure I have ever received. I left with my fingers bleeding from being nicked by the cuticle clippers. The staff was rude and my nails look worse than when I came in. T was very expensive and I would not recommmd based on poor quality and service. Read Less

I called on my way and they could take me in 20, awesome!The first seat I was given, the massage part was broken, Pam was so kind and immediately moved me to a working seat. The ingredients used for my Herbal Pedicure were fresh, refreshing and smelled grearThe time spent on my callous' (not charged extra) was perfect and Pam kindly let me relax and rest.At the peak of my relaxation the TVs, all 6 of them were switched from some drama show (TMZ I think) you enjoy watching during a pedicure, to a college football game. WHAAAAT?! I enjoy football, but not here! All the women around me appeared confused and immediately looked around. A male employee comes around the corner, relaxes in one of the pedicure chairs, and watches the game. Okay. I didn't see any magazines when I entered and there were none around my seat, so I closed my eyes and tried to tune out the yelling & obnoxious commentator on tv.The massage was divine, longer than what I've received at other places. I normally get my nails done at another location here in Allen. However, they were closed today. After driving to another nail spot that happened to be also closed, I came across Hawaiian Nail Bar. I decided to try it out. First impression of the lady sitting at the front desk was not a pleasant. She was curt & dry & seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Not friendly at all. A nail tech rudely points for me to "sit" and ignores me when I say hello. She proceeds to do my nails in silence, which is fine with me but the whole aura of this place was just unpleasant. Once she finishes, she walks away & proceeds to start on another person's pedicure. Just like that! No thank you no nothing. Never tried to complete the process by putting my hands under a light or in front of a fan so they could dry properly. My manicure was ruined by the time I walked out when I tried to reach for my keys in my purse, even though I sat there for awhile fanning my hands in the air. I wish I would not have tipped this young lady & needless to say, I will NEVER be back!! They're pricier than other nail shops too. Started out great, however I believe the staff is over worked and the owner is a jerk. Twice I've attempted to get my nails done. They're supposed to be open until 10 pm. I showed up one evening at 8, & they wouldn't take me because they claimed they didn't do nexgen past a certain time. I then come At 9 pm for a pedi and their open sign was lit. They still wouldn't take me. They claimed they were closed yet their business hours indicate they're open til 10 & their open sign was lit. I asked to speak to the owner & I was provided a number. The minute I pointed out their flaws (overworked employees & false advertisement regarding hours), she claimed she was going to call the cops! Really??? Don't go! The first visit I had pretty good service. Nails looked great, my Techs were nice. The second visit, I walked in and waited maybe 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing there. Fin ally a lady asked if she could help me and I said yes, and asked for my tech and she replied that she was not in. I said, that's fine anyone can do a fill for me. SHe said ok then walked away and never came back. I waited for about 15 mins before I asked the guy at the first table. ..Is she coming back or should I follow her? He replied, Oh there is no one to do your fills right now. I said to him that she told me ok as if she was going to get someone. Nonetheless, I think I waited maybe another 6 mins before I walked right out the door. Horrible customer service! And it was 7 pm on a Monday and there were about 4 customers in the place. Read Less

I like the deco and the staff except one. She is rude, and try to push you into getting more service. My daughter want a fill but she told her that her nail is old that she need a new set so I ask how much and what is the total Vivian told me is $40 but at check out her nail was charge $50 and she over charge on my other two daughter on they polish chance.
